Needs better cleaning and updating

Steep hill. ☺️

Perfect location, at the bottom of the hill, walk to supermarket, bottle shop, all restaurants, shops and swimming lagoon. Friendly welcoming staff. Lovely pools at the resort with plenty of lounge chairs and also tables and chairs. Used the BBQ facilities a couple of times, very clean and a nice area with plenty of seating. Room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the water. Would recommend and we would stay again.

location was perfect, large condo with great kitchen

The location was great. The different pools and access from our room to the pool was good.

There could of been a few more things included in the room to make our stay better, like a hair-dryer, actual dishwashing soap, towels for the pool.

Pretty dirty and it was just next to a very big road so very noisy from 5am onwards.

View from room was excellent. Very close to the main street and lagoon pool.

We were overlooking the road which was a bit noisy.Overall things could do with some maintenance. The walkways between rooms were very dirty and need pressure washing. Very minimal kitchen utensils/crockery etc supplied. Would happily pay extra to have the linen/towels changed halfway through the week.

BBQ Facilities were out of gas / not working

Property has 3 pools and a spa with a great view as it is uphill. It is close to main cafe and shops street, the beach and esplanade pools. Close to Woolworths. It is uphill but manageable for the views and peace. Our 2 bedroom apartment was nice and comfortable. No issues. Washing machine and dryer was great to have. Could use the facilities before and after check in/out.

10 days later bond money that they put hold on at check in, $200.00, still not released. Also pool towels are for rent.

Great location, great view, loved the coffee machine, big kitchen, big and roomy, nice & quiet. Loved the spacious balcony. Great to have big fridge, washing machine & all the kitchen appliances & hair dryers + soap & shampoo provided.

Very minor things. Shower head in main bath a bit temperamental, lounge furniture looks good, but uncomfortable to sit in for a long period of time.

The decor was lovely, very beautifully furnished. Modern, light and fresh.

Location. So close to everything.

We had 3 units on floor 2 and 1 on floor 4 for all of our family. Floor 2 couldn’t get to floor 4 and visa versa. If I had have known that I would have booked 4 units on the same floor. You would think they could have given us an extra pass to get to each other’s floor but no

Beautiful pools with amazing views of the Whitsundays. Rooms were spacious and clean. Large living and kitchen area . Loved the shower gel and lotion. Michelle at reception was fantastic. Michelle is an asset to the hotel ..very friendly and helpful ..from the moment we stepped into reception we were acknowledged and felt very welcome ..thank you Michelle Also maintenance staff were also very polite and friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel ..absolutely beautiful ..so close to restaurants and shops..but up a small hill just enough get the views. Transport to airport picked us up at reception ..unlike others that make you walk to the street. It’s the little things that add up to being special

I can’t think of a negative

Location was very good as easy to walk to the shops and easy for pick ups to the boats. the pools were clean and enough for all guests to not be on top of each other. Both our rooms had good views.

Bit of problem with several doors that need some maintenance done. Sticking, unable to open a couple and also door mechanisms breaking.

Bathroom door in ensuite was broken, asked for a front on view but got the corner. Balcony was small couldn’t use it due to rain.

Loved the resort, the pool, the views and the apartments. Its tired on the outside but the apartments were spacious, clean and comfy. The staff were welcoming and the location is amazing and close to all.

That hill. It is steep but use the stairs and that takes the pressure off a bit.

Location, light and bright, comfortable beds and overall a very spacious apartment. The pools were amazing! Parking was great.

Only chatted with 2 staff members, one was so lovely and one it was like we were a burden.We wish the cafe was open but understand maybe we were there in an off-peak time (end of March).There weren’t a lot of standard inclusions I usually see at other hotels, like pool towels, bathroom essentials (ear buds etc.) but everything that was there was great.

View was good.

I booked the watersedge this was not what I wanted. I think this Motel is misrepresenting its location. My room was full of old broken brown furniture and the back of some cupboards, toilet brushes, sweeping brushes were filthy.
