The breakfast was good and staff friendly

The rooms was dirty, old and uncomfortable. It was also dated and when you shower, the water went all over the entire bathroom. Overall this hotel should be rated as 2.

Location, restaurant on site, friendly helpful staff. Good room with great views.

The lounge seats in the room are quite worn out , uncomfortable and stained. Need replacing. Very disappointing to see.

The sofa totally needs to be replaced. It was worn and when you sat on, it had dips made it hard to get out of. The bed was OK for comfort.

Great location, amazing view from the hotel restaurant, good facilities (pool, gym, shuttle service). Higher quality than most hotel located by the esplanade - felt premium

Restaurant food for lunch was so-so, breakfast was good.. The climb to the room can be a challenge, if you issues walking up the stairs ask for a room close to reception or ask for a lift with the gold cart.

The rooms look very tired and the cleaning especially in the bathrooms need alot of attention.

The view was amazing!! We loved that the pool was right next to the restaurant so the kids could swim while we relaxed with some food and drinks!

Dining closed at 8pm Sunday night.

View fantastic, facilities terrific, beds amazing! Bath on the deck a nice touch. Once we worked out how to heat spa also terrific. Couldn't get the WIFI to work, and have no idea how the internal phone worked - we used our mobiles. They were prompt to bring the cot for the baby. Parking convenient - right in front of entry to suite. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Meals fairly ordinary - my steak for room service was terrific, but presentation in a box not so great, partners chicken woeful. Breakfast ordinary.

Food was very ordinary. Breakfast very generic. The waffle out of a packet - because it was the same one I give my grandson at home ...

The breakfast was delicious, the view was amazing, the room was comfortable and airy and big with nice view from main room only.

The driveway was very steep, it was hard to get to our room as it was confusing how to get to the units, there was no sign to indicate which way to go.The shortcut recommended wasn't helpful at all. The buggies were not available all the time.

Be warned it's a hike up the hill if you don't arrive by taxi/Uber Great location, Jordan on reception is a star. Sunrise views are spectacular.

Pool wasn't heated so kids used the hot tub as their pool all day. Only small amount of loungers so be up early or be disappointed.

Most beautiful room with a stunning view. Great pool for the kids. All the staff were so great! Especially Jess Blann and Cameron, they were so amazing with their customer service, they went above and beyond! Food and drinks were absolutely delicious!

A long way from attractions and very restricted with facilities, 1 towel per person for both showering and the pool, no stock up of tea, coffee or milk and included breakfast was one thing on the menu and only instant coffee you made yourself.
