Holiday Appartement close to the Marina. Really spacious, nice staff, even equipped with washing machine. Good shower, soft and comfortable bed.

Cleanliness was acceptable for Australia ;-))

Hairs in bathroom, some dust. Could be cleaner. A bit far from Airly but still close enough to walk.

There was no paper towels, coffee maker that didn't have complicated instructions to it and the room smelled like animal urine.

The Internet was shocking ?☹️☹️The washing machine very noisy + filter needed cleaning, the filter in the dryer wasn't cleaned either. Just a few little hiccups.

No blankets had to buy one as reception weren’t helpful, tried to book an extra night on check in and was told it was fully booked however checking online it wasn’t! So I went in to see reception again and she said just book online I can’t help you, so I stayed elsewhere. Rang up prior to ask about parking and the height restrictions and they couldn’t answer me.

great location. Accomodation needs a revamp and update. Appliances i.e cooktop, fridge and washing machine are old and don’t work well. NO cooking utensils supplied Lounge has dirty marks on it. Overall deco is old and needs to modernised for the money you pay.

The unit was nice but it was a bit dated.The blinds were dirty and we only had one remote for 2 tvs so that was inconvenient because we had 4 people there.

The apartments are dirty, the kitchen was super smelly, there is mold in all rooms.

We booked our stay here last minute after our Whitsundays boat 2 day boat tour got cancelled due to a possible cyclone! The apartment was super spacious which was much appreciated as it rained the full two days were stayed here. The bedroom was very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We also had a large outside area which we would have loved to have used if the sun had come out. We felt it was quite a long way to walk to the Airlie beach centre- however maybe we wouldn’t have felt it was long if the weather had been better! The pool was also great! Staff were also very helpful!

Location and well presented facilities. The gardens and pool were beautiful. Being self contained was fantastic.

Not being able to access the boardwalk from the garden. The bed was very soft and the way it’s made now is a bit weird as everything untucks. The lights in the walkway outside the room were bright and lit up the bedroom at night.

The gardens were immaculate, the pool was great. We were ground floor therefore we did no have much of a view. Location was good, we walked to Sorrentos Restaurant for dinner. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again.

The place is a wonderful resort. The unit was very clean and beautiful either a big balcony over the marina.

Location is at least a 20min walk into Airlie Beach - a car would be a good idea. Apartment itself was quite “tired” and needs a refresh

Spa in room not working which was disappointing given price of room and booked the particular room due to spaFridge not.cold at all

The location and the grounds of the property are stunning. Beautifully maintained gardens and excellent pool.

We stayed in room 346, the layout of the room is good with beautiful views of the water. The room does need some maintenance, some of the light switches are broken which required us to put our finger into the switch to turn the lights on/off. The clothes dryer did not work and the range hood was rusted over and couldn’t be used. Beds very soft if you are used to a more firm bed.

Loved the whole costal relaxed vibe of the apartment! Was peaceful, quiet and so relaxing. We were on the bottom floor but we were able to go out into the courtyard and sit and watch the ocean and the sunset. Situated just out of Airlie but everything was easily accessible. Will definitely book again when we come back to Airlie

The checkin system is slightly confusing as they have a boom gate that you can only get past with a key that is supplied after checkin, so we blocked up the driveway as we couldn’t get into the supplied check in parking behind the gate. The only other thing I could say is that they charge $5 per pool towel to hire during your stay. All other places we stayed at with a pool supplied pool towels

Easy access to downtown, local tours and restaurants. Friendly staff. Lauti and Maia are great!
