The staff was fantastic! Views were terrific, nice amenities through out apartment.

The best part of this property was undoubtedly the friendly staff. The view is unmatched and the rooms are convenient, along with a washing machine and a dryer which was a lifesaver in the rainy and muggy weather. Lots of cockatoos on the balcony to keep you company and its just a short walk from the town center. The property has elevators and a nice pool, with decent and well-behaved guests. Overall this was well priced and convenient for us, considering its packed this time of the year at Airlie Beach.

The property is a bit dated and needs renovation. There's a bit of mold in the shower but the worst part was a transparent window between the shower and the drawing room/seating area. This was extremely uncomfortable for a group of friends or a family, as anyone taking a shower can be viewed from outside. I had a chat about this but as expected the staff could not offer much help (no fault of theirs). We had to ultimately prop up an outdoor sun lounge from the balcony and use a few pool towels to cover it up. Another structural issue we faced was with the covered car park. These are extremely small, considering every car including ours was a large SUV. A few people had also parked in "no parking" zones, which made the existing parking spots difficult to use. A pet peeve would also be wheels on every bed, which was super annoying to use. I truly hope the property goes through a reno and addresses these concerns.

Very comfortable room, quiet location and grew to have the lift!

I found the staff on arrival to not be very friendly or helpful. Not at all welcoming which was disappointing. I would add that the other staff - cleaners etc were very friendly.

Great location, good sized apartment, everything was clean, neat and tidy. Great balcony area with views. We were on a lower level, but could still see the water. Handy to Port of Airlie (walking distance) and to the city centre (a short drive) or could walk (if not with resistant children!). Good sized fridge to store extra groceries and cooking facilities made this a really good option for our family.

Second day we told reception that the soap was empty in the shower and needed refilling, plus needed a new bathmat as the shower was positioned such that it spread water outside the shower on the first night. Was advised housekeeping would rectify, however this did not happen and then the soap at the basin ran out as well. We purchased our own soap. Minor in the scheme of things, but was a little frustrating that no action was taken when requested and was agreed to be 'taken care of'.

Maintenance required in accomodation. Not happy that the outside verandah had a piece of board nailed down and did not feel safe. Shower leaked all over floor every night. General maintenance around room required.

Super location and very comfortable for a large group! Amazing views!

No pans for cooking! We had one frying pan to cook a meal for 8 of us- shame as such a beautiful table to all sit round!

Great staff to deal with. Excellent view from the top floor, big lounge, and decent bedroom. Secure covered parking was a bonus.

Shower setup didn't work that well as water went through the bathroom. Couches were pretty hard and uncomfortable.

The view from our room was beautiful, we were right near the pool and spa. You had ocean views from the spa. Our beds were so comfortable. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed! We had a fantastic stay!

A bit run down.

We had a personalised attention, Maca gave us all the information we needed to know to make the most of our destination. She was very attentive to us at all times! The room was very comfortable for 4 people, the location is really very good! The pool and spa is something that is incredibly enjoyable.

The door it wasn’t working for 2 days and the oven doesn’t have the dial so we couldn’t use it

Very clean loved it! It kitchen is very old and not worth the money!! No oven . Location was on a hill and 15 minute walk away from the centre

Accommodation is in a handy location - about a 10 or 15 minute walk into the centre of airlie beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool is decent and the heated spa is very nice.It’s on a steep hill and unfortunately my partner suffered a fall during wet conditions. We continued about our day as normal but she has been feeling some neck pain. I didn’t notice any signage stating that the surface can be slippery when wet. The Sebel should consider actioning this.Overall a great stay but definitely take care on the hill.

Poor value for $400. Hallway lights didn’t work, bathroom was tiny. Shower was very small and outdated.

Nice large apartment clean and great bed.

Bathroom needs an upgrade. Bath/shower is difficult to get in and leaks when having a shower. This has resulted in rotting the bathroom unit. Also the adjoining shower window was corroding badly and was in need of cleaning and treatment. The whole apartment needed a repaint.

The receptionist Macarena was so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. She is warm and approachable. The room was also nice and comfortable.The pool was great to.

The only down side about the whole stay was having to sleep in the same bed sheets for 8 nights. It would of been a lot more comfortable if half way through the stay they got changed.

Nothing, initially we were out in a room next to a noisy bunch, asked to swap rooms and the staff were more than accommodating with this request.
