Appalling place which cons people by taking their money and not giving them anyway to check in.
Completely appalling treatment. Accepted our booking at 7pm and advertised that they had check in available until midnight. When we arrived, the property was completely empty with no way to check in and their phone number went straight to voicemail. With no way to check in we waited for over an hour in the pitch dark and pouring rain. We were then concerned that we would be left to sleep on the streets as flooding meant that there were more tourists in the area than usual, so we booked elsewhere. This hotel is now refusing to refund us the money despite them giving us no way to check in and use the room.
Loved the views, the cleanliness and the lady running both receptions was lovely! We enjoyed our stay here would come back and stay again— Have facilities to stay for a few days maybe weeks with all the amenities they have to offer. Bed was comfy pillows were great. Very peaceful.
Could have provided with better bedding or given more of a divert than just a sheet but this was the only issue, we just used the blankets in the wardrobe.

location was good. Good size apartment for two people and lovely view. The pool. Ashlee at reception was friendly and helpful.

Bed was pretty worn out and sunken. Pool too cold to use.

Spa hot water did not work, let the spa run for over half an hour to see maybe if it needed time to heat up, did not work. The soap holder in the shower was broken and grout needs a deep clean. Wifi didn’t work for tv or any devices. One half of the king bed had firm single mattress, the other was caved in so deep it hurt mine and my partners backs.

The room could have been cleaner, kitchen sink and bench were a bit dirty. Kitchen table and chairs also in need of a good clean . Few cockroaches in room dead on floor and also some live ones.

The only negative was that the penthouse main double middle shower head does not work properly. Ceiling fans were not clean. Had very bad hayfever. And main aircon in living room has a fault so it won’t stay on

Sarah was friendly & helpful.Room features such as spa / kitchen / coffee / King bed / netflix / balcony / car park were great for price.Last minute booking 5 mins before we arrived in Airlie Beach after hours but still were able to get straight into room with instructions from text message.
Just could not see the ocean but that was ok - still a good view of marina
