Well located. Beautiful topography. Clean environment.

The activity related to the hotel and the staff were kind and helpful also they provide us some tips and guide regarding the activoty and the tours around the island

The level of hygiene and cleanliness is really, really bad ? Our room was dirty and disgusting. The bathroom was used by someone before we arrived and nobody cared enough to clean the place, and there were a lot of fieces staining in the bathroom and at the door handles. The urine smell everywhere The bathroom has no bathroom hood or air filters Random peoples hair on the ground !!! ( we told the hotel management, and we requested a change of room , they refused and instead provided us with deep cleaning )we requested laundry service, and they ruined my wife undergarments and my socks ( we got compensated)Bug a lot of bugs and mosquitoes

The facility , beach , activity

Staff members , one staff member was very tough in explaining the activities when we asked her. Also , same member suddenly came when we are in the reception for mono exchange and asked us to pay for the kids stay saying that they are not included in the booking, but the reality that they are included and mentioned in their system, even later after she got the confirmation from her colleague that she is wrong , she didn’t apologize Also our 2 suites were 8 unites apart from each others but I did mentioned in the booking that we are a family parents and kids and needs 2 next or at least near suites

The view, staff, vibes.

The pool pump wasn’t working for 3 nights and wasn’t fixed even after lots of complaints. Although, I was talking with manager who affirmed me that they’re going to fix it in the last morning, but really nothing happened.Also, I witnessed a mouse on the storage of the kitchen area.

Location of the hotel was good, in expensive secluded area with no traffic and direct access to the beach.Room was spacious and designed like a boat house.Hotel manager was amazing and very supportive, addressed our concerns.

Price for half board was way too much.Additionally, breakfast options were limited. 3 restaurants al carte were difficult to book, even though they were not full.The fact that you have to pay for water (5$ per small bottle) is not acceptable for this level and hotel rate.

? - Four star hotel with a good beach, A boat house (snorkelling, free glass boat), a good gym, three 30 metre swimming lines and a pool in the main area divided into three sectors; the hotel is not 100% up to date, but the rooms with pools are top except for their bathrooms ? - The breakfast and dinner area is old, the buffet in the morning is ok (look at the menu: Bread with avocado and egg is very good) in the evening a complete failure (this is the worst part of the hotel; boring, tasteless, just not good) ?‍? - Staff are helpful and quick to respond. Maybe it is a cultural thing but their politeness is a bit played, when they e.g. smile you always feel it is not honest.? - Value for money, I would say the area, room and facilities are good, only the buffet food is a joke.

Cheerful, cosy vibes. Buffet restaurant serves great food. Particularly Reema, Diana, Harish and Ramesh. Vinay, the guest experience manager were also very welcoming.

Towels can be bit cleaner.

This was our 2nd time in Radisson Blu Azuri and everything was perfect like last year. Especially staff were very friendly. We stayed there with our twin babies and staff made our stay more easier. So special thanks to Seethel from reception, Kavita & Aarti from Housekeeing and Dev from Restaurant. See you hopefully next year again.

good location. A little paradise highly secured from the outside world.The hotel provides a lot of interesting activities for free so we have the possibility to esacpe this golden prison :)The staff is very friendly

be carful: rooms are not ready before at least 15h. THere is no possibility either to book an early arrival.So if you arrive early in the morning after a 14 hours journey (our case), you´ll have to use a common room until 15h to get changed and wash yourself. As we were very tired and hot, I don´t think this was the best experience.Also be aware that if you are in Half Board/Breakfast you constantly have to pay for drinks even water. I wished we could at least get some water for free for dinner....

Location. Rooms were nice

Food was not good especially the buffet and I got food poisoning from a burger in the black rock. As I haven't eaten anywhere else.

The hotel is very clean and the hospitality is excellent. The staff are very welcoming. The food are fresh and a variety of choices.

Very bad customer service. Since day one we checked in and the phone was not working I had to come to the reception every time we needed anything which was a couple of times a day. they fix it for a couple of minutes then it doesn’t work again. They finally fixed it our last night there

Beautiful room & hotel

My room was no cleaned properlyFirst day i checked in the washroom smelled like pee.Second day the tub wasn’t cleaned at all.

All the employees at the hotel were very kind and helpful, we felt at home. Everything was simply perfect. Room cleaning, food, restaurants were excellent in terms of quality. We can't wait to come back again. We are leaving with good memories.

Awesome resort, beach clean and beautiful, they customize food as you want and very tasty indian food

Very green

The staff lack basic manners. They tried to rob me by charging me over the mini bar when i actually didn’t use anything. We ordered breakfast the day before and it didn’t show up. Note we waited more than an hour. We had to go out to eat

The location and the hotel surrounds are beautiful.

The staff were not very helpful and seemed overworked which made them not very friendly towards you.

Next To the beach, great views and specious rooms.

The toilets should have chemicals for it to smell nice
