Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette Resort & Spa - Adults Only

The hotel is good, it could be better for the price but nothing bad.

There was no gowns and slippersOur telephone was not working when we arrived, we were staying in the garden room across the street so we had to walk back to the reception to report and requests for the things we needed when we could have just calledOur bathroom had a very bad smell which would fill the room due to the bathroom having no window or extractor fan

Very poor food quality and no variety in breakfast or dinner

It was a great hotel with extremely friendly staff who made our stay feel amazing! We enjoyed it to its fullest! It was very cozy , with lots of entertainments during the day and live music at night. By the end of our stay , we felt at home! ?

The room needs some updating, especially the shower area , the food at the restaurant needs more variety especially regarding dairy products. And perhaps more cooler temperatures for the restaurant during the dinner time!

Breakfast was excellent as there were many choices.Very relaxed surroundings and staff were very friendly and attentive to our requirement at the hot breakfast menu meaning the eggs section

No complaints at all at RADISSON BLU for Adults

- The ocean view from our room was amazing; we could watch the sunrise from the bed - The hotel staff was very nice, attentive and friendly! :)- The food was good and diverse (a different theme every night)- Nice activities during the day (snorkeling, aqua gym, etc) and live music/dance shows at night

- unfortunately the bathroom was not properly cleaned (especially not for a 4* hotel); the toilet and the shower were dirty…; it’s a pity because otherwise it would have been a perfect stay - the beach is probably not the most beautiful one in Mauritius but it is good for snorkelling. And for some days of relaxation it is perfect

Excellent and modern hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Every staff member we interacted with went beyond their duty to assist us. They definitely know what customer service is. They cater to your every need and make you feel really special. We will only stay at this hotel when visiting Mauritius again. Thank you for an unforgettable and memorable stay!!!

Meal variety. More beach and pool loungers. More seating for lunches in beach cafe.

We stayed there for our honeymoon and we really enjoyed it. Super friendly staff, especially Nidhee. She was more than happy to answer all our questions and help us out with tour reservations. The food was amazing and the general atmosphere is very romantic. Definitely recommend it

The hotel was ideal for a relaxing break the food was amazing a lovely buffet. Staff friendly and went out of way to make stay comfortable.Location perfect on the beach with amazing snorkelling on the door step. Very quiet location all adult guests, no rowdy guests or parties.

The gym was quite small a further space for stretching would be good. Able to use gym at sister hotel which was much bigger.We booked for restaurant table for 2 nights the first we had to cancel as a storm raining and the second they did not have our booking noted so we could not eat until 9pm which was too late on a half board basis.The spa was a bit of a concern as we had booked for individual spa treatment but hey put us in a couples room and charged us double the cost as priced. The girls were trying to get me to purchase products after when I was trying to get my pants on which was a bit disconcerting. I would have returned for further treatments but the pushiness and and manager of spa put me off.

I was billed in MUR and was expecting to be charged in Euro as per Booking.com quote.Please advise your policy on this as I suspect and unfavourable exchange rate was applied.

The majority of the staff went above and beyond. I enjoyed some of the classes provided by the resort. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities on site were clean and tidy. The food was decent. The beach is great for sunbathing. Live music in the evening.

Some staff was rude to the clients. Water was not provided with the half-board dinner, which is unacceptable The coffee and alcohol were mediocre in quality, which was we decided that half-board made more sense. The beach is not suitable for watersports and swimming due to the abundance of corals and reefs.

Reception staff make this hotel. They are very helpful and accommodating especially Rahul ,always going the extra mile. Great location if u want peace and quiet

The rooms are too small with unusually high beds, will be challenging for older guests.The meal choices are rather few and uninspiring The themed evening meals were not exactly that.Some staff ,especially the chefs appeared abrupt.

Staff were super supportive and friendly, the rooms are spacious and the view is amazing. The hotel is also so clean and provides activities for guests.Breakfast is awesome.The view is magical

- shower was very frustrating, you can never get the water temperature right! It gets either too cold or boiling hot, and it keeps switching the temperature during the shower without you moving the tap.- location was a bit far from all main attractions.- food options at dinner wasn’t as good as expected.

Location and facilities were excellent.The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was beyond reproach.I would not hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone ?

Fantastic view from the room on the first line.

I ask a few time during the four days to bring for example water or ice or coffee to or room and nobody come.

Food was ok.Beds were too high for a 5ft 2 in person , it was difficult to climb into bed.

We have a phenomenal experience at Radisson Blu. Diane and Kim took really good care of us as well as the Restaurant Manager , Shiva and Avinash. The view from the room, the live music , the snorkelling experience, everything was fantastic. And we had an exceptional check-in experience with Diane. Thank you Radisson Blu!

Food options could be improved in Buffet. But we received amazing customised vegan food so we loved it all.
