- We like the oceanfront location of the hotel, with very spacious rooms , a living room & balcony. We appreciated the bottle of champagne for a welcome drink. Efficient staffs esp our housekeeper, very nice & accommodating. It deserves 5 star hotel
- the staff tried really hard to deal with the fact that the hotel was under construction and guest had no idea they were paying full price to listen to hammers all day.
Cons -
- The drain of our bathroom shower needs to be fixed & cleared up, the water does not drain fast enough , & it ends up flooding outside the bathshower area. We were in Room# 245. As soon as it's fixed it's perfect.
- This hotel was under construction. I had one day to relax and instead I listened to construction workers. This was supposed to be paradise and turned out to be an unfinished and loud place. I left without staying the night and went to another hotel.
