Cousins Motor Inn

did not have breakfast great location

coffee not replaced should be at least moconna

Easy access, friendly staff and a clean room

Very friendly manager, great location and had everything that we needed. Very comfy bed and great shower.

Nice greeting on arrival. Fresh milk - and Tim Tams in the fridge! Very clean, in a quiet area.

Very clean and the check in was easy and they provided complementary fresh milk for tea/coffee and bottles of water. The room was clean and staff are friendly and always smiled. The location is convenient.

It can be quite noisy due to poor sound proofing and the bathroom was damp (no window) but it was clean. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in.

The staff is nice.Comfortable. I can feel people were putting thoughts to make it good. Value for money.

Nothing, if considering the price.

Greg the manager was very welcoming. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable there was plenty of hot water and the Air Conditioner worked well. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were excellent. A great place to stay in Inverell

There was small bottles of FRESH milk for tea, coffee, etc Location was very central, quiet and opposite a lovely park. The bed linen was superb and the beds very comfortable. There was even make_up removal wipe in the bathroom.

Friendly manager , convenient location .

Was a bit old for the price charged .

Location was in walking distance of everything thing. The office person was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location was outstanding. @ min. walk to CBD, restaurants, bars etc. Large parkland behind. Beautiful walk along the river.

Bit dated but really well maintained.

Good

Airconditioning needs servicing as it didn’t coolthe room adequately. Parking is tight and there is transmitted noise from the carpark.

Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Good TV. Reception good.

Air conditioner in wrong place. Didn’t cool down the unit where it was. Both light and fan came on in bathroom together. Also needs to put in a ceiling fan as stuffy.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful! There were some instant coffee and cookies in the fridge, and hygiene products in the toilet, which was nice.

The pool was smaller than in the photos.

Pleasant friendly staff & local knowledge

Bit noisy when rooms are full due to the parking set up but for weary travellers not really a problem

We were pleasantly surprised to discover that we had not just a room, but an apartment. The bed was comfortable and we particularly liked the soft pillows.

There were no laundry facilities, which we value when travelling around. The vertical strip blinds were annoying as they let in chinks of light, and flap if the fan is in use.

Property was clean and well maintained.Manager was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Communication was prompt with owner. Appreciated the water & Tim Tams supplied, also easy access to milk from Reception fridge for coffee on arrival. Saves having to go out immediately to purchase such items when you have had a long drive to get there as we did. Made the stay more comfortable.

Hot water in shower is difficult to regulate. Pillows could be fluffier, would make for a more comfortable sleep.

It's a simple place to say but comfortable. The gentleman at the desk is always very friendly and helpful. Kids and I enjoyed the pool, great little size.

The extra touches such as having a make up wipe, a sweet treat in the fridge to have with a cup of tea and handy location,
