Sapphire City Motor Inn

Staff we exceptionally accommodating - because they where so busy limited services were offered --- i could see this so ...I accepted those issues in my stride

was an issue with plumbing / odor in room - room facility was fantastic ----- a pile of fresh air hey presto all good

clean rooms helpful staff easy to find location

Staff welcoming.

Noisy near the road.

clean and great location. friendly staff

Friendly and very welcoming ? Very clean and tidy.Kids had their own TV and room to chill and us adults had our space to rest before traveling again. After traveling for 9 hours, it was so relaxing and quiet, even being backed on to one of the main roads.Definitely recommend and will stay again.Husband loved the water pressure in the shower ?

No complaints from us, but a funny my 8 year old got stuck in the shower due to the magnetic shower glass door doing its job with keeping the door closed lol

It's very close to major supermarkets and stores like Coles, Big W, and Woolworths. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are consistently clean and fully stocked.

It's just a little bit close to the road.

Nice place to stay for a night. Easy to find and good location.

The parking was a bit tight. With the workers' trucks I had to park away from room space.

Friendly staff, clean

Smell of stale smoke in room, not being able to park outside my room, location wasn’t central, noisy, a little dated. It is not an 8.6, I’m surprised it has this rating.

Roomy and comfortable room in good location. Spacious bathroom with good shower, comfy bed, very clean and friendly staff.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. Bathroom was excellent and new. Staff was friendly.

Location on a highway with truck noise in early morning and late night.

Clean Comfortable Motel, conveniently located near town with very friendly and helpful staff.

Looked lovely and clean.

The room was very small, so obviously the bathroom was very small also. Just felt quished..The car parks are also too close to the sitting areas in the front of the rooms. Your knees touch the bumper lol.. if someone parked a little bit more than they need, you wouldn't be able to walk past.

The location close to the Sporting Club for when we needed to eat. The sheets and towels were very clean and the room very comfortable.

Towels a little on the thin side but still very clean.

Ease of use / entry / aircon was on waiting for our arrival.

Strong smell of cigarettes in the room. Proximity to a very very loud event across the street at the bowling Club.

Wonderful service, very clean room, comfortable bed,

Parking

Close to everything. Our room was clean, i was able to go barefoot on the carpet without getting dirty feet, the air con was great, the water pressure was great. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. The darkened room was excellent.Even though the Sporty's Club was across the road, we didn,'t hear any noise.

The seating was not at all comfortable. The beds were just a little too firm for both of us, so we didnt sleep very well. The toilet paper was very thin

The air freshener that was used, very strong smell and I had had an allergic reaction.

Good location. Close to town, shops, river and attractions.

The bed was a little soft for me but each to their own.

it was across the road from the sports club which had excellent food. The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful.

There was a smoker outside and the smoke came into the room even though we had air con on

The room was clean and tidy and met all my basic requirements. Provided me with a good nights' rest. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Car parking is general and on a first come, first served basis and is not allocated to each room. Nevertheless, this was not an issue, as the motel was not fully booked on the night I stayed. There's a pub, just across the road from the Motel, if you want to have a meal and chill out.
