The spa/pool area needs to be open till later, 8pm is too early in summer/daylight savings time. We also were playing music, not loud and not for very long and management asked us to turn it down. We were not happy about that, we were being respectful of other guests.

The cooktop in the kitchen area was very old - Steel hot plates that take a long time to heat up and dangerously slow to cool.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom fully-furnished apartment, which was located alongside the main road into Yamba, so we had a lot of road noise during the busy easter period stay. The balcony had lovely views of the marina - a nice sunny place for breakfast or afternoon drinks. The apartment was roomy and modern. The BBQ area at the rear of the complex overlooking the river was excellent. We travelled to Yamba to visit the Mac;lean Highland Games, which was about 15 mins - 20mins drive from the hotel.

The mattress in the lower floors bedrooms was quite soft - but mattress comfort to meet everybody's preference would be tough to get right.

Location of the property was excellent and the views over the water was great. The unit was well set out, large and comfortable

The dripping of rainwater from 2 roof gutters onto a plastic roof below was quite loud and disrupted sleep

Great location. Spacious room with nice amenities around. Easy parking. Good kitchen with appliances and fridge. Master room separate from children. Water access. Beautiful views.

Unfortunately weather wasn’t the best.

Bit loud next to staircase due to no sound proofing in walls and single beds rolled around every movement.

Crockery and cutlery were not clean. But the rest of the room/bathrooms were cleaned nicely.

Perfectly located as it was in walking distance to all amenities. Beautiful view from our room balcony looking over the river and seeing all the pelicans.

Fabulous location looking out over lawns to the estuary beyond and lots of pelicans.

It was a unique location on the river, made for some great interaction with nature

Wi Fi was regularly dropping out but that did not detract from the standard of the room or the great value for money

The view was incredible.

The toliet seat moved, think it needed it to be replaced. Also would of liked a washer machine in the unit.

We’ve stayed at Moby Duck several times over the past 7 years, the rooms are always clean and fresh and love the outlook on the river. The new pool is a fantastic addition to the amenities. Looking forward to our next stay.

The location is excellent

We stayed for a week and had to ask for new towels and toilet paper whenever we needed. I think that they should have been replaced at least every 2-3 days. The air conditioner was very old and the buttons weren’t even there.. so perhaps replacement is needed. Last time we came we loved using the wharf and have even tied a boat up to there which was SUPER convenient. Now the wharf is shut down due to structural issues…. Maybe u should consider fixing the wharf instead of installing Foxtel. People don’t go to Yamba to watch Foxtel.

Just stayed 3 nights at the Moby Dick with my family. Staff were relaxed and friendly, facilities were great (kids lived in the pool and the bbq area on the waterfront is lovely). Units were clean and had all the essentials. Loved it!

The bathroom was dirty the floor was dirty and had contact lenses packet in the corner shower floor had hair and was dirty

Excellent location, the new pool is great. Rooms are nice, very clean.Great place to stay.
