We booked a one bedroom apartment with spa bath, very spacious apartment with outdoor deck (screened so no mosquitos). Bed was very comfortable, ceiling fans in bedroom and lounge area, and aircon in lounge. Everything worked, staff were great, pool area lovely. Will be back!

The ceiling fan was not working, there was very little lighting so checking in after hours was difficult to find the apartment

It was huge and beautiful grounds.

In need of a clean outside. Cobwebs everywhere and leaves everywhere. Also no breakfast option.

Great cabins with plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. Could have been better kitchen utensils, such as a pot to cook with and a decent frypan. Considering the price to stay it would be a minimum. Didn't use any of the facilities but pool looked nice. Still very expensive.

Kitchen utensils were lacking and poor quality.

We liked the living area particularly. The view from the living area was pleasant.

Lack of uniformity in glasses. The noise from the plant opposite our room (102).

The room was spacious and certainly had everything we needed. The resort itself is very nice and the pool area is great for families etc.The staff at reception was very welcoming and helpful.

Only slight draw back is its distance from beachfront. But the resort facilities would easily make up for it.

The tap under the toilet in our bathroom started leaking during the night and we came out to soaking feet

Was clean but not exceptionally clean and didn’t have cooking ingredients such as cooking spray and enough fry pans .

Pool, peaceful place

Barely has WiFi, often disconnected automatically because of poor signal

It was a lovely relaxing set up but unfortunately it was raining and we didn’t get to enjoy all the facilities like we would have liked too.

No GF at the cafe. Reception staff messed up our sis booking a few times but the manager sorted it out for us. Massage at the spa was excellent as was the steam and spa. The gym needs a few more weights etc. very basic.

The restaurant was Terrible our food came out under cooked twice we sent them back to be fixed in the end we didn't end up eating them. Half cooked prawns burned on the outside and raw in the middle now twice we sent them back to be recooked but still came out raw. Then one chicken dish a chicken shawarma the chicken was only half cooked through burned pita bread so bad you couldn't break it. Two Yamba prawn pasta both raw prawns sent back twice it had raw Chilli two whole cut up chilli in each bowl so after 4 meals only one meal got eaten now come Sunday our group had two very sick people one ended up in hospital with food poisoning NOT HAPPY

Location, pool & cleanliness of villa

The property and facilities are tired and needs updating. There were a lot of mosquitos when we stayed. We had to buy mosquito plugs for the villa. We expected this to be supplied. If the resort is concerned with guests taking them they would do or this easily by providing it at check-in and requiring guests to drop them off at check out. The jacuzzi/ spa is adults only but there were a lot of children in there during our stay.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was a good size. We didn’t get to use pool etc much due to rain

Mosquitoes are huge and relentless - make sure you bring repellent!
