River Park Motor Inn

The price was right and you've heard the expression, 'you get what you pay for'. Pillows were surprisingly ok.

But room was tired, curtains sagging, carpet threadbare, cistern dripped all night, shower recess a plastic insert job, woken early by smoke coming in under the door from roadgang workers and bed was a rock.

It served it's purpose as a welcome space for the night.

A minor issue that's very hard to control was a group of people smoking and drinking outside my room when I first entered the room around 8pm. Luckily, they dispersed within an hour.

Staff was very friendly. Great location. The room I had was facing the river. Beautiful view of the park. Good size balcony.

Great shower water pressure, large bed, locality.

Friendly staff close to town near everything you need

It was quiet, great staff and the location was good.

Location was great. Check in process was quick and simple and reception staff member was friendly and helpful. Accommodation is basic and simple but met our needs for the o/n stay. Thank you.

Property owners was very rude towards my son, thinking he was a girl. Shower head kept on falling..

Room 24 upstairs - shower head would stay up in neutral position kept dropping

Was in a good location, quiet and clean.

Unfortunately they didn’t serve breakfasts due to kitchen not being fixed after the flood that hit the town .the lounge in my unit needs replacing as once you sat on it , it was difficult to get up.

Entry to the motel was a little tricky from the south but it was a great location.

I stay here every month for work and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean which is why I continue to stay here for my work travels.

It was great that it had a Microwave and Crockery and Cutlery. (only used the Crockery and Cutlery on this occasion)

Parking was a bit disorganized. No Breakfast at the venue and I didn't see anywhere near by. A lot of light came in through the vertical blinds as the lights were on outside during the night. Black out curtains would be good.

Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size. Location was quiet even though it was on a busy road. Liked the location.

Room looking a little tired, needs to be updated. Room needed a bit better clean.

Clean, comfortable, good position in town. Good value for money.

Towel was hung back up on shower for me to reuse after I had left it on floor to be changed. No light in stairwell and I fell over homeless person sleeping in the corner.

Central location. Clean, tidy and quiet.
