Management are exceptional and really look after everyone's needs.Security cameras are located all around the property.Central to most areas of Casino.

Parking is an issue for larger vehicles.

Nice and quiet. Central location was handy to everything. Room was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Nothing to add as the motel met expectations.

Very small room, tv not working, shower screen would not close properly. Charged over $200 for a budget motel. Will never stay here again.

It was clean modern and beautifully presented and nothing was a hassle the hosts were very accommodating

Smallest, tightest car parking. Smallest room we used in a long time. 2 interior lights very bright but bedside lights very dim. Expensive in comparison to others on our trip.

The fact that I booked a FAMILY room 3 months in advance and someone decided that as there were only 3 adults we should bunk together in a twin room without even a phone call to me or offer of a refund. It is NEVER okay to presume.

Room was very clean, staff were super friendly. We called late and asked for a last minute family room and to check in late at night. They were super helpful and even turned on the heater before we got there so the room was nice and warm.

Location to railway station.Comfortable bed.The owners were very obliging.

Very clean & tidy, extremely comfortable beds, directly across from McDonalds/KFC, everything you’d expect in the room- toaster, kettle, hairdryer, even makeup remover towels!

Road noise, as the property is on the main road.But nothing too extreme.

I booked two rooms approx 5 months ago and about 3 weeks before we were to arrive, I received a phone call to say that there was only one room available but we could all share the one room. I then saw that there were still rooms available on booking.com and my friend booked a room in her name. This seems to be a very common occurrence on booking.com as it happened with every booking that I had on our trip.

Had to contact owner several times to check in as office was closed despite a sign saying it was open all day

Lady at reception was very friendly and offered great ideas for local places to eat. Loved the makeup face wash in the bathroom - great little touch to avoid ruining white towels

No negatives

The room was clean and spacious, with a good shower and comfortable beds. Proprietor very kindly allowed us to leave our car on the premises while we completed the Northern Rivers Rail Trail circuit.

The owners were wonderful people. The location was great - easy to access places for dinner. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the furnishings were comfortable.

Got back from dinner and there was no hot water . Couldn't shower . Contacted owner and she did say sorry . But sorry don't cut it when you pay good money for the service.

Oh dear, what can the matter be? The Manager rattled off a litany of illnesses - even before we were given the key followed by a whingeing statement that he’d have to service the room for four nights!!! The room wasn’t serviced for two nights and when a request was made he said that even five star hotel rooms weren’t made up. After some insistence, the room was done ie towels, bins emptied, beds made with the same linen (which is fine) and soap. Upon leaving we were given the same litany and he decided to dramatise the incident by saying he was run over and that’s why he didn’t service the room. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
