Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay

We had a great stay at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay! The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle.Our tent accommodation was comfortable and well-kept, and the whole property was spotlessly clean. But what truly made our stay extra special was the lovely surprise of a bottle of rosé to celebrate my mum's birthday, such a thoughtful and personal touch that really went above and beyond. It made her feel so special!The staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was just lovely. We had a truly relaxing time. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Byron Bay!

Ingenia Byron Bay is only a short walk over tallow creek to the beach and the park has so much wildlife. The beds were comfy and the staff were very helpful. The outdoor seating area in the Deluxe Villa was great and private. A dishwasher, large cold fridge and combind washer/dryer was very convenient.

No fans in the bedrooms of the Deluxe Villas to help circulate the aircon in the living area. Even a plug in fan for each room would be a good addition.

Basically had everything we needed. Plus was the board games you can borrow. The washer/driers were 6aud each time (not sure if that’s high or a good price) but glad we had the option. Price is super good for if you are filling up the cabin (6people).

Nothing bad to report! Maybe nice if there was a sponge for the kitchen.

Amazing place in the middle of nature with a lovely trail to the beach. The cabin has everything we need, fridge, kettle, stove, coffee, tea, AC, hairdryer etc. The staff was friendly and shared great tips.

The mattresses are quite soft and not the most comfortable.

We sadly weren’t able to use the pool at all as it was full of chlorine. The jumping mat for the kids is not good for anything.

it’s a bit of a trip to get to town but very close to bus stop that takes you there

Cabins were great, beautifully designed and with great cooking facilities.

Car parking space was so narrow, we couldn’t open the car doors. When we raised this, we were told our only option was to park at the front. As my husband has a back injury and can’t walk far, this made things a bit difficult. He had to let us out of the car each time and reverse into the car park, which was a bit stressful.

It was all so clean and modern and felt very safe, One of the ladies on reception (Rhiannon) was so so kind and helped us plan our whole trip and would catch up with us everyday to see how we were and what we’d been up to

Very organised, lots of suggestions of what to do around the area and what was on.

Not super close to a beach with flags. Would have to drive or catch a bus.

The environment was great. Lovely walk to the beach, lots of native birds around and close to town. The Family cabin had everything we needed.

It wasn’t very clean, it could definitely be improved.The bathroom sink was blocked and it took ages for the water to drain. We even had to brush our teeth in the laundry.We also received a message from the “property” asking us to confirm our stay on WhatsApp with all our personal details. It turned out to be a scam. The front desk only advised us to call the bank and block my bank account. They didn’t seem to take much responsibility, even though their system must have been hacked for our information to be accessible to the scammers.

Beautiful campground. We stayed in one of the luxury cabins which was fabulous. Very comfortable and clean. Love the access to the beach and location proximity to Byron Bay.

Location was fantastic. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Access to wi fi was a happy bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended some great places to visit especially catering for children.
