Clean, comfortable, very thoughtful breakfast inclusions

The shower needs a door!

Property was very clean and modern.

The complex was basic. The breakfast on offer was very basic - went out to eat instead.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The facility advertises laundry but the entire two days we were there, the one washing machine and dryer were completely monopolized by the property maintenance cleaners washing towels. The pool is very small, maybe good for a quick dip on a hot day but not much else.

Everything, the apartment was very clean with quality fittings & the bed was really comfy.The breakfast room where you helped yourself to a great variety of tea, coffee, fruit, cereals, bread & cheese was great.

There was nothing to dislike.

Love the relaxed approach to this beautiful place able to access breakfast when we wanted lovely kitchen and bbq facility which my daughter and i thoroughly enjoyed.

Beds were super comfortable. Nice easy flat walk to town Decor nice and modern Kitchen facilities were good to self service

Pool was dirty, the staff was too rude when we try to help ourselves for breakfast.

Room was ideal, staff welcoming, breakfast / kitchen facilities were above an beyond expectations.

When I say we can’t wait to visit again I mean it. This property is a gem and its owners are wonderful. The villa itself was well appointed, well decorated and comfortable. The WiFi was strong, bed was cozy and the AC unit worked like a charm. The covered patio outside each villa is so nice. We had rain one day and were still able to enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. 6 days was not long enough! The location to town and to the beach is a short, easy walk. We can’t recommend this spot enough. We cannot wait to return!

Brenda was the most beautiful host! She was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast room was just the cherry on the top. We loved the coffee and fresh bread and fruit each morning. Thank you!!

Very clean rooms and apartments. Comfortable bed. Convenient little kitchenette. What I really liked was the breakfast room. It is a full kitchen with a fully stocked fridge - Milk (full cream and lite), fruits, yoghurts, eggs, butter - as well as fresh bread and Nespresso coffee, along with basic staples to cook and condiments for toast. A dishwasher too and plenty of space to cook for yourself. Excellent! I also made use of the small pool and it was clean, deep and refreshing to plunge in. Street parking was plentiful and always available right outside the property. It is also an easy 15 minute walk to town and to Main Beach.

The price. $600 per night for a studio apartment/room. It’s outrageous. However, all of Byron Bay over New Years is outrageously expensive.

Stunning!!!! Absolutely loved the minimalist/chic vibes!!! The Staff was super attentive pf our requests and the access after hours was super easy!!!

I liked everything about this property!

The room was lovely and beautifully styled it was very nice.

Our room was opposite the pool and the deck lighting was on until midnight which lit up our room like it was daylight. The plantation blinds didn’t keep the light out so we slept poorly.

Gorgeous home, beautiful decor, friendly staff.

The pool area was along on main road so was quite noisy.

Really lovely bed and breakfast apartment. The communal kitchen is always open and any guests can help themselves to a breakfast selection or snacks. No cooking facilities in the apartment but everything available in the communal kitchen. Our little villa was beautifully and tastefully kitted out and very clean. Super powerful hot shower. The pool looked good but we didn't use it. The managers are really nice and helpful. Parking really easy on the street. No worries at all.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable.

We were there for 5 nights and our towels were changed only once. The dirty towels were outside our room for 4 days and never removed. The garbage bins in the room were never emptied and beds weren’t made. There was really no service that was provided. It was more like an air bnb in that sense. We paid extra for the breakfast and expected something better but it was self service (with eggs and bread provided) and there was some cereal/yogurt.
