Bay Royal Apartments

Unfortunately the elevator was broken so stairs it was. This is our second stay and the only change I could recommend ito change trash location from inside the parking garage , to outside the garage area. The smell trapped down there is unacceptable.

Location across from the beach is outstanding. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace on the ground floor which was perfect. We will be back.

Great spot, walkable to all the main attractions. Clean apartment. Nice pool area and tennis court. Perfect for a small group or family.

Everything! The apartment was tastefully and minimally decorated, kitchen was fully equipped, books to read, lots of pillows, big outdoor area with plenty of chairs and easy access to the beach which is across the road (our own gate), a few steps to the cafes and shops, comfortable beds, laundry , beach towels, literally everything you need!

Renos were being done in the entertainment area, but I’m sure they will be wonderful once completed

Some of the furniture was out dated and random. Would have been brilliant if it was more ‘put together’ and cohesive.

Late notice that the pool and tennis courts were out of action.

Great location. Just a short walk to town. Across the road from the beach. Very large apartment. Large patio. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is fabulous.

Unfortunately the swimming pool is under renovation so there was no relaxing around the pool.

Great location.The toilet linked which then caused the pressure pump to continuously cut in. The floor were filthy if you walked without slippers your feet were black needs to wash before we went to bed

It wasn’t clean

John was very lovely & helpful at all times & the location was amazing.

Well there was NO POOL & no other facilities available. There was massive building works going on during our stay so tradies & building materials everywhere-nowhere outside of the balcony to relax, loud drilling noises & a generally untidy place. I am so annoyed at this as we paid a small fortune to stay here & there was not one mention of this AT ALL. We packed tennis racquets especially & I am recovering from surgery so was looking forward to laying by the pool & relaxing. I would not have booked here had I known there was no pool or outside area. I SHOULD BE COMPENSATED at the very least & apologised to by the owners for this omission. Almost $700 a night-NOT HAPPY.

Great location

Pool and outdoor area were closed for renovation. No communication in regards to this nothing listed on website and no contact prior to arrival. We asked about this and they offered and paid a small discount but we would not have stayed if we knew there was no pool. 3 very disappointed kids and really set us off to a disappointing start to our trip.

This accommodation was excellent. Fantastic location, short 2 min walk to most restaurants. Room was very comfortable. Huge living area. Great balcony overlooking the beach. Would stay there again.

Pool was out of service

We stayed in apartment 5. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully appointed.

Location directly across the road from beach and one block from town centre

Excellent size rooms both in door and outdoor. Beds very comfortable and had everything you could need. Location was perfect.
