Great location, nothing like waking up to a view of the beach. Very quiet and good parking. Bed very comfortable. Apartment block is tired however appears well maintained.
When we checked in the reception staff required a physical credit card or credit card number which we couldn't provide. I wasn't able to "tap" for a security bond. However the issue was resolved.

The location is superb with great views from Belongil through to the Light House. Directly across from beach with a well maintained grass area in front, so no traffic noise. Could hear the ocean overnight. Close and far enough away from the centre of Byron. Yes, the property is a bit run down, but the positives far outweigh this. I hope the building survives any greedy developers.
General condition internally, but absolutely not an issue
Beach front location is amazing, you can park your car during your stay, as it’s a short stroll to the stores and restaurants. Overall great value for its location, I would book again.
Our apartment bedroom window & screen door could do with a deep clean. Rest of was apartment clean. Great if you are traveling light, as there are a few stairs to navigate with your luggage, if you are staying on 2nd or 3rd floor.

Perfect location and great views of Byron bay. Very affordable for the location.
Only a small complaint, There was no roof/awning on top floor veranda so couldn’t sit out there when it was raining or too hot. Lounge and chairs were pretty uncomfortable too but we didn’t spend too much time in there so it wasn’t a big deal.

For someone who is not very tech savvy, the tv was very hard to program and there were no instructions. We couldn’t watch it at all on the Friday after we arrived. Aldo that the bedrooms didn’t have tv’s. There was no wardrobe in the main bedroom which was very annoying. The security screens are well overdue for a good clean which was a bit off putting when we opened it closed them. The screen in the toilet is not a security one and fell out when I was trying to close the window.
Location was excellent.
Up the stairs there was no light on the 2 nd level of quite steep stairs.
