Beach Hotel Resort

location is perfect , just walking distance from beach . Staff is friendly and helpful . The night fire alarm went off, then in the morning staff has apology and give use 50 voucher to spend in the bar.

Noise from the bar across the road is quite loud .

Location: Once we arrived (drove up from Sydney) we parked the car and didn't need to get in it again until the day we left.

TV in the Room: we couldn't work out how to connect our netflix account to the in room TV. It was very frustrating.

Parking at times was difficult

It is located across from Main Beach and is very near the shops. The young lady at reception was very pleasant, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pool was right outside our door, and there was free underground parking

I wouldn't call it a resort. The pool and the grounds are too small. There was not one picture on any wall in our room to add to the ambience. Also, the hotel's bar area is very large and is clearly a main watering hole for Byron Bay. In the evening, we had to listen to loud, loutish behaviour from the pub clientele until 10 pm.

Comfortable beds and location location location, right in the centre of town, park your car on site and walk everywhere and when its warm the pool is sensational

No breakfast included and years ago it used to have one of the best continental breakfast ive had in the front room, for the price of the room a breakfast would be nice to bring back

The location was perfect close to the beach and the shops and we received a free drink at the adjoining bar. Very easy to find and the staff were very helpful

Location and room were perfect for our family of 5. The staff went out of their way and were so accommodating, bringing us fresh towels for the pool, even after check out they allowed us to swim for another hour before their new guests arrived. I was concerned about the noise being Australia Day and the pub next door but we had no issues with noise. We will be staying again.

the location was perfect , close to the beach , the pub and shops . The room was large but unfortunately the air conditioner was broken and unable to be fixed prior to our stay . The hotel gave us a voucher and treated us very well but the room was hot .

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable.We visit our son and daughter-in-law often Byron often and we've tried many different places, but we'll be staying here in future.

Everything is getting a bit "tired" but it's not really an issue considering all the positives.

Very noisy at night with the bands playing next door. Need to keep up maintenance mould dripping out of the vents in the bathroom.

our trip was wrecked by cyclone alfred but the staff did there best to make our stay enjoyable, and refunded the remainder of our stay when we had to leave early. cheers

My husband has leg issues but being able to use the lift which was opposite our room, walk to the lift from the carpark so close, direct access to the beach hotel a bonus. Just loved our stay there. Everyone so friendly, the staff, the cleaning staff.congrats to everyone.

I cannot think of one thing that we didn’t like.

Great location. Near beach, town, restaurants and all activities. Staff is AMAZING! We highly recommend the facility.

Perfect location just in front of the main beach and close to the main part of town where all shopping and restaurants are. The al fresco common area is superb for BYO drink at night while watching the world passing by you.
