Stylish, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is close to the centre and the beach.

The rooms are very small (no room to move across the bunk beds because of people’s stuff) and the key system is not practical.

Cozy light, comfortable bed, nice staff! :) and very closed to everything in Byron Bay. New Pool area was amazing too. thank you so much <3 would be back here again !

Female shower area was dirty. Every day i showered i saw Many hairs, empty body wash bottles….. should’ve more cared about that.

Best hotel we have stayed in while travelling the East Coast!!Beds were comfortable, included a curtain, a light and a net to keep your phone. We stayed in a 8 person dorm which was very spacious and had a balcony which we were able to hang wet clothes.All facilities were great with big chill-out areas and a lovely pool. The hostel put on a meet and greet social which such a good way to meet people, plus a movie night that was perfect when the weather wasn’t great. Kitchen was spacious but not always the tidiest. Perfect location.

The room key was accessed via a website on your phone, but it didn’t work properly. The WiFi cut out on the walk to the room. Was annoying every time trying to get into the room

extremely dirty, no proper cleaning. Kitchen was a mess and bathrooms were full of sand, hairs and other build up.

Rude staff, broken air con. Kitchen can get very busy- not enough hobs for everyone to cook on

The check-in was efficient. reception staff were helpful

towel supplied and a bath mat.i was very lucky that the other 3 beds were not occupied, otherwise it would be noisy and crowded and over priced.

Great central location, really nice pool & outside area for relaxing. We stayed in a private room and it was very nicely decorated, with a very powerful aircon unit which was needed. Very well equipped hostel and kept you upto date with what was going on via WhatsApp messages which was a nice touch

The shared kitchen wasn’t the cleanest, relied on guest to clean up after themselves but could have done with some staff monitoring too.

Good location and good beds

The staff didn’t inform us there was wet concrete on the balcony and then got annoyed when someone stood in it!

Beds were great, comfy and clean. I stayed in an 8pers dorm and barely noticed what happend around me with curtains closed.Shared kitchen and common room were also spacious and well kept

Only 3 showers for all girls on one level. Had to wait every time even during the day (this is peak season though)Showers cleanliness could be improved. It looked like only the "dry" area was cleaned the shower side had hair, plasic lids and mug it for days...

Everything was so clean, beds comfy enough and had their own charging ports and light which is nice as well as curtain. My dorm even had a balcony so I could hang wet clothes. Location is amazing.

Some staff were friendly but some not so much. Also was getting lost trying to find my way round nothing was really explained. Room key being on your phone was annoying as it wasn’t an app I had to sign in on google every-time I came back into the room. Would say this is quite expensive for a hostel but compared to other options in Byron definitely worth it.

Very good location, staff very friendly, each bunk had curtains & light, decent size bunks. Good social area, staff on hand to help book activities

Showers were not overly clean, no soap etc stocked in half the dispenser’s - the floors of the rooms were quite dirty

-Felt overcrowded -Property had a bad smell -Someone screaming at 4am -No physical key, app to get in wasn’t very good -Overall check in was very hard work, should be simple -Communal areas too loud

Great location in the centre of town.

Didn’t really look like the photos, very overcrowded and a bit dirty.

Great location (Aldi is round the corner), comfy beds, plenty of hooks in each room to hang towels etc. Great facilities, huge kitchen with labelled tubs for each dorm bed. Lounge area was comfy and big. The light and privacy curtain were very good. Ella was very friendly and chatty. Air con was great.

Accessing storage boxes was a bit awkward if the person opposite had to get into theirs too, but the boxes themselves were very big.

Electronic check in and key, very clean rooms and bedding, very aesthetic and edgy. Walking distance to the beach

The staff were all amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy (mostly - some guests tend to spread out a bit), the sheets were pristine and the bed really comfortable. Everywhere was pretty clean and tiday and I slept really well despite people coming in and out - everyone was pretty respectful about being quiet in the room. Location is so good and the parking downstairs made life so easy (car wardrobe).Even when I locked my padlock keys in the drawer someone helped with bolt cutters and a smile!

The room needs a proper large bin for tissues, coffee cups etc(the waste paper basket is too small). The hooks in the room need to be labeled for each bed as some guests tend to take all the hooks! The bed needs a small shelf inside at the foot end for your earplugs, drink, phone etc as not everything needs to be locked away.Soap ran out in the bathrooms and there are only hand dryers - much prefer paper towel. TBH none of these things are major.

I enjoyed my stay, unfortunately the lady at reception was quite stressed (pressure from doing a lot by herself and number of people wanting to check in. She timely responded). My phone has issues, and the receptionist was proactive in helping address the problem. Everything else, beyond what I've experienced from other hostels.

I'd stay again for sure! My IT and my ability to sign in was the only issue. Timing of 3 groups to check in and the receptionist having to close pool gates, was a technical issue. However she held her cool, and we proceeded to deal with my phone issues.
