The Bower Byron Bay

Beautiful design, very clean, great amenities. Great for a group booking, we enjoyed the hot tub and the big table for group dinners. The bikes were also a hit.

Be aware that it’s >20 minute walk away from the Center and you can only take the bikes during opening hours of reception (I.e., never suitable for dinner)

Amazing pool area with bar options, lots of cabanas, and gorgeous aesthetic. Rooms were nice - on the small side so good for a 1 or 2 night stay. General Store Cafe is right nextdoor so you have coffee, meals, or onsite bar perfect for a couples weekend away. I found the staff so lovely and they helped us accomodate an early check in which was much appreciated. We initially booked one night here before a work event and ended up booking a second night on our way back home because everything was perfect. Poolside cocktails were a nice touch.

The pool was amazing! The pool was very clean and relaxing. The bed and bedding material was super comfortable and quality of the amenities provided was great! Will definitely return in future and could not recommend enough to stay at The Bower Byron Bay!

Excellent service. Very accommodating and staff were really nice. Love the bed and the cleanliness of the place. There is a cafe next door which is handy. The pool was amazing.

Outstanding location, exemplary service from everybody, beautifully appointed rooms, shade and sun by a well-kept pool… Easy access to the beach, boutiques best cafes & restaurants in town,many walking distance. All complete with a very friendly iguana who will come and nibble your toes as you sunbake.

The room was beautifully appointed with everything you needed, including a super comfortable bed. The pool and its surrounds are amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d have no hesitations retuning.

The rooms aren’t soundproof so we could hear crying children next door through the night.

The pool area is nice and the rooms are nicely designed.

There is No gate onto the main road. Quite a few dodgy characters walking by so didn’t feel very safe at night with no front gate and no security. Rooms are definitely on the smaller side. Just didn’t have a wow factor. It was our daughter’s bday, which we noted, and no card or anything special despite there not being many guests at all. Also help is only available from 9am-5pm and if you are wanting to use the bikes before or after that you are not able too. This is a nice hotel but not somewhere I’d stay again for a special occasion.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Communication from the team was exceptional and the ladies at reception were wonderful. The room was lovely and cool, the bed comfy and the pool refreshing. Fabulous customer experience from arrival to departure, definitely glad we chose The Bower and will recommended to others.

Good place. About 20 minutes walk to the main beach. Located just outside the centre but right next to a lovely cafe, perfect tor breakfast and brunch. This was perfect for us as it was nice and quiet plus we don’t mind a walk. Room was clean and TV has on demand services. Bathroom was clean and cosy. Nice coffee machine and excellent air con.

Nothing except slightly expensive for what it is but I guess this is Byron!

The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were kept emaculate. The cleaners were amazing and the staff at the front desk was great. Also Lenny. Lenny was the best.

The seats on the bikes hurt. But apart from that, I appreciated that they had bikes for guests to use to zip around town. Love this idea!
