Hotel staff were exceptional. Food was very good. Bed was comfortable - all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Being at the front of the hotel there was some traffic noise.

The air ducted air con was so hot that we left early morning

very modern and clean. very good value for money.

shower was very fidgety. Almost impossible to consistently get a good temperature.

Value for money.Clean, very comfortable and good facilities in room. I had a single room and was very impressed with the size of room and facilities in room. Bathroom was huge and although on road side had blackout blinds and as bathroom was on road side and room behind, very quiet.

Staff were really friendly. Location is excellent. The ice cream shop next door is fantastic. locals are very friendly. Beer was cold and cheap.

Room was tiny, bed was smaller and very uncomfortable, there were no glasses or cups in the room for drinking, there was only one spoon and no other cutlery, there was no complimentary drinking water ( and no cups for tap water) the noise from the bar below made sleep impossible, then the hoons in loud cars when the bar finally closed were worse. The meal was OK but very boring.

Beautiful art deco building. Spacious rooms. Mini bar. Comfortable bed. Really central location.

Quite noisy but ear plugs are provided and rooms aren’t very dark.

Clean room with huge bathroom. Friendly staff, and centrally located. Food in the bistro was quite good.

The room was located at the front of the hotel, so quite noisy with traffic. However, complimentary earplugs were provided (and used).

Clean small room. Comfortable single bed, pillows good. Shower good. Pub food ok. Location is in Main Street and on main intersection. Copped all traffic noise from this and not able to close window. (Not double glazed). Car parking at back of hotel. Supermarket and shops at your fingertips.

NOISE. Front rooms face the street and are above the hotel bar and outside seating area. Window was locked open. Music from bar below penetrating and local drinkers very rowdy. This pub seems to be the local watering hole. Earplugs are supplied and on bedside table. Telltale sign. No bedside lamp or PowerPoint. Maybe back rooms would be better. Did ask on arrival but staff said noisy out back.

Excellent location. Staff were fantastic.Room was great.

Could do with some seating in room. We used chair from our balcony. Otherwise perfect for our stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable

I was in room 22, although ear plugs were supplied, the noise from the exhaust fans for the building were very loud all night

No power points in the bathroom (for hair dryer etc), nor near the only other mirror. Needed an appliance with a really long cord.

In the middle of town - it’s straight out the door to good eating and lovely walks. Well designed, recently refurbished rooms. Often no windows but with operable skylights and well appointed rooms and spacious bathrooms.

Location was great and bed was comfortable.

Little green light on the roof that made it very hard to sleep cause it was so bright (i need a darkroom to sleep well). Door to balcony did not have a handle on the outside so very hard to close which we needed to do to stop smoke entering room and was also not impressed with lack of power points. None near bed and none in bathroom. Little things but need addressing.

Good amenities in the room.

Took a very long while for hot water to come through and the TV was mounted to the side wall rather than in front of the bed.
