Functional room - great surroundings. Private.

Beautiful location and very easy to get around... the pool was great and Coochie Island really impressed us, we are definitely returning and staying again

The pool was heated, and the unit was big. Our stove didn't work, and they fixed the problem quickly.

The internet didn't reach our unit.

It was quiet and clean and in a good spot

The sofa bed mattress was thin and could feel the bar

Position was good . 5 mins walk to jetty and beach and eateries

BBQ was hidden away in a storage shed which we thought was part of the main building.We couldn't find it . The whole place was busy Why not leave it out by pool so we know we can use it ?Only 3 toilet rolls left for 4 days..One towel each ... and then the charge of $35 for extra linen .

Ability to service large family and willingness to accommodate. Management also happy to allow small boat to stay on site and made check in / check out a breeze.

A little further from main beach than we would have liked but we chose to stay here for the accommodation and amenities. Would absolutely return.

It was nice and quiret and it had plenty of room and it had a good kitchen the pool was lovely

There was heaps of durt and dust through out the unit. The shower was extremely low and a very small bath tub. The toilet seat was not right for the toilet bowl. The microwave keeped rocking it was not stable. The bed side tables and draws had all draws removed and where turned around one of the lounges where broken and the pitchers you could see had been damaged and just hung back up. And there was only the one bin bag provided.

Clean and well appointed

No member of staff seen this time nor the other two times we stayed in the past. All communication including getting WiFi access depended on having an active mobile phone, as an overseas visitor this was annoying. The air conditioner does not respond to the remote and only just managed to keep the room cool. There is a dangerous 2 cm step up into the bathroom that catches bare toes.

The facilities are very good, and overall the studio is clean and it looks like it has been renovated.

There was no one in the reception and we contacted the property numerous times because of people making noise drinking and being intoxicated. We booked the property for two nights and we ended up staying one because the noise level was unbearable. and we didn't feel safe. We couldn't sleep in the first night at all, as the intoxicated guests had no respect at all for the other people staying at the property. It was a large group of people that put their own tend in the pool and made a party as they were the only ones on the property. They kept looking into our window when we said to the property that we were leaving it was a very threatening situation and everyone has the right to feel safe when booking accommodation especially if you have kids.

The apartment complex was very relaxed and great for a group trip. The interior of the two bedroom apartment was great. For the price, it was good value in money and the location was lovely.

The reception was unmanned the entire time we were there, and their was a lot of confusion when we arrived. We only saw a staff member on our last day just before left. The apartment was reasonably cleaned, but the kitchen lacked pots and pans, which had grime build up, and the kitchen cooking utensils were in need of replacement. The furniture could use an update and some general TLC.

Everything, it’s in a beautiful spot. It’s quiet and the island is beautiful. We had dinner at the bar and grill which was great. We caught the community bus there and back. We’ve been here before and we will come again

The pool

Couldn’t get into room as no staff (ghost accommodation!.) Dirty, crockery was was before use and smell coming from behind the cutlery draw cupboard that smelt like a rotting corpse!

Though on a lovely Island... once in the room, you had no views of the ocean or of the forest

Excellent facilities and suitable to swimming and beach trips. The pool was excellently maintained. Staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful.

The toilet cystern kept running which made it hard to sleep. There were missing vertical blinds so the sunlight came through early.

This was a peaceful and relaxing stay with a sparkling pool to shake off the heat of the day. Great place to meet up with family .. the BBQ can be brought to your door and the grounds are well kept and inviting.

Our stay at Seminara was exceptional. We had 2 bedroom unit no 10, very spacious and comfortable located at the end of the complex. Our 2 children loved it. Both the apartment and the pool were very clean.Location very quiet, surrounded by nature, close to the beach.

Beautiful views from the apartment. Beach right at your doorstep. Cafes and shopping are very close by within walking distance

Happy with everything

Good value for money very spacious . Has a pool for my family to enjoy too. Location I really liked , close enough to everything to walk but away from the noise and travellers.

Some of furniture needs an upgrade but that’s probably why it’s cheaper to stay.
