Comfy bed, all amenities even microwave very clean. Undercover carpark. Even had a screen door in which you could lock and have open if you wanted too.

Staff were very friendly and efficient

The heater in the room wasn't capable of handling the -4 degrees overnight, and was really noisy which kept waking the children. Not a lot of sleep was had during the stay

Our room was exactly what we were after, very clean, quiet and everything we needed.

I was travelling from out West and was extremely tied. I booked online to take a small rest. The Reception was great, the room was good and the shower was fantastic.

Nice hotel, but older. So the air conditioner was extremely loud, but it worked fine. Wonderful hot shower, with good pressure. It is worth noting that it has a Large hob to step over.The managers - who are new- were fabulous! My shower was dripping - they fixed it asap. The TV netflix service stopped working - they fixed it immediately. Nothing is a problem: friendly and genuinely helpful and lovely!It should be noted that there is NO daily service. But if you need anything - just ask at the reception.There was netfix movies , not the whole gammit, but plenty.Was absolutely fine to stay at for a few nights - comfortable, absolutely spotless, and close to where I needed to be, so the location was excellent for convenience.

My room was very close to the road, so it was quite noisy. If possible, ask for a room down the back and I think it would be quiet.Parking space a bit tight but is outside your room.The airconditioner was extremely loud.The shampoo supplied was in a little sachet which I could not open- I would recommend bringing your own. no conditioner. The hotel is very very close to the local foodworks, so I just grabbed some shampoo/conditioner

Location very quiet at night. Staff great and friendly. Supermarket and small shops just a short walk away. Easy entrance and exit to highway. Rooms had everything we needed, and the water pressure in the shower is awesome! The manager was very helpful as we need to alter our length of stay, fixed in no time, Thanks.

Maybe instructions of how to use TV for those of us that are not tech savvy!

Comfortable low-cost option conveniently located on the main street of Oakey. Clean and comfortable, had a great sleep.Normally stay in Toowoomba whilst working in Oakey, this was a short notice option which worked out very well. Thank you

It was very clean inside & outside. We were only there for the night, was so comfortable & had everything for a short stay.

The room was clean and the water was hot. Very quiet for sleeping

The shower head needs changing as water went everywhere. No soap or shampoos provided.Needs a ceiling fan to circulate the air.

Beds were quite comfortable. Had foxtel.

Smell of cleaning product in rooms was overwhelming. Exhaust fan in bathroom was so loud it sounded like a jet taking off. As it was on the same switch as the light I couldn't turn the light on without the incredible racket!

Very convenient location. Our room was clean and newly refurbished. Very easy walk to the RSL for dinner.

Being woken early hours 3.45am onwards by dogs barking adjoining motel wall to our rooms. Did not think paying $280 for our two room was worth the lack of sleep we received. Not fair when we had to travel the next morning.
