Location near airport and cruise terminal and a rail station

The shower was horrible. There was no shower stall and the shower curtain didn't go to the floor so the whole bathroom was soaked every time we had a shower. Also area didn't have hardly any options for restaurants or grocery stores we could walk to

I like how close it was to the airport since we had to leave early in the morning. The room was clean. The room was spacious for a family of 5. The shower was amazing.

I don't like how hard the bed felt if you like the bed firm then your good.also was odd that it had 2 floor so all the bedrooms was upstairs along with the 2 toilets didn't like going up and down the stairs just to use the restroom.ia not deal breaker but something to know about the room we had.

Close to the airport and the rooms are updated and have a professional feeling.

I didn't realize the front desk would've been closed when I arrived around midnight but calling customer service on the call box next to the door to get my key worked just fine. I guess reception not being open all night would be a negative but I really liked this property

Good hotel when picking up a campervan nearby and close to the airport. Rooms were standard and clean.

Shuttle only goes to the airport until 3PM, but I had a 9:30PM flight.

Service in reception was great and very happy that I had a shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Despite being next to a very busy main road, the room was quiet with blackout drapes. Location is so convenient for the airport but there is also a train station for easy and convenient access to Brisbane City Centre.

They provide a free shuttle bus / mini van to the airport. Location is a bit out of town but near a train station about 7 min walk. Bed very comfy and quiet from other guests.

I was very pleasantly surprised with all aspects. Wish they had the free airport shuttle both ways but at least you can get it free on your return trip. Cab ride from airport was AUD $27. Free shuttle a big bonus; driver friendly and professional. Room spacious and lots of (good) personality. Excellent mini-bar with reasonable prices on most items. Clean; quiet; comfortable bed; good shower (hot, water pressure). Would absolutely stay again.

Quite close to airport which is why we chose to stay here. The free airport drop off was very much appreciated. The room was well set up and comfortable.

Located on a busy road and traffic noise kept us awake.

The property was about 10 minutes from the airport so it was convenient for our morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable with a kitchen. We ordered from the restaurant and got room service and were impressed by the quality of the food.Check in and check out were very easy.

There is a gap under the front door of the room and I didn't see any evidence of bugs or mice in the room, but I did look around for them because they could easily get under the door.
