Staff where lovely and location. They asked if we needed anything and the lady who drove the courtesy bus was fantastic

No microwave and just some little things. Overall was great

It was a familiar landmark with shops across the road. Cheap uber to DFO and Roma transit centre. Close to picturesque Nudgee College

The long haired butch cleaner/maintenance man hanging around front window & bathroom window And booked for late check out but had excavators & diggers working in garden & workers fixing roof at 9am Should of been notified of works before taking extra $

The room was very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and cosy.

The driveways around the property need a re-do, the outside looks a little outdated. The photos online are a little misconceiving to the actual look of the property. There also could be clearer signage for where the rooms are.

We were welcomed by some very friendly and helpful staff, which was a great way to start our holiday. We received a room upgrade which was really lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and were a good size. It was a great location, close to the airport for our early morning flight and had a bonus of an onsite restaurant.

Staff were very friendly, had a great meal at the restaurant & them having a bus to get us to & from the entertainment centre was so helpful

Such spacious rooms, stayed for a concert and it was good having there courtesy bus running to and from

It was super noisey - our room was right outside somewhere where staff sat on breaks and were smoking and talking early in the mornings. The traffic noise was also a lot

We stayed only one night and arrived late, but the check-in process was straightforward and the room was clean and suitable for a short stay. The property was easy to access and practical for an overnight stop. The pool area looked nice, although we did not use it due to our late arrival.

It was a bit noisy in the evening, as a group of guests were using the pool area loudly for a short time. However, this did not last very long and was not a major issue overall.

People smoking Infront of my room so my room smelled of smoke and Youth making a racket of a noise at the pool and leaving it dirty. The photos of the nice palm trees at the pool area are not up to date. No palm tree to be seen

No microwave in room had brought our own food because of dietary needs but reception was great bringing one when requested

Location, Good size apartment. Safe parking. Shops close by.

Busy road

Check in after midnight. Clean and comfortable. Pool for the kids to swim in the morning.

It was close enough to the airport and a pub within walking distance.

The room really had a bad odour when we walked in. Although we had booked and paid prior to arrival it did not show up on their system so they made us pay again. We did eventually get a refund.

They advertise a “cot” but what was given to us was a portacot (stained and a mattress that was as hard as a rock). They did happily refund our money for this.

It was very clean and comfortable.

Easy to find and quiet. Having the restaurant onsite was very helpful.
