Currimundi Hotel

Good value for money. Room wasn't fancy, but had everything you needed. The pool was clean and warm. The bistro was next door, if you needed a bevy or food, but wasn't noisy.Was handy for exploring the coast and surrounds from Maloolabah to Caloundra - max 25min in any direction.

Quiet Clean, comfortable

It would be nice to have Coffee bags instead of instant coffee.

That I could get my keys early before I went to the festival I was up there for and then was able to just go back when we were done for the day/night.

The grime between the shower screen and bathroom cabinet. The rusty bin in the bathroom. It was great that you supplied coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and even a couple packs of cereal, but where was the milk. We got back at near midnight and expecting to have a coffee in the morning before we left but we were disappointed when we found no milk in our fridge.

Room was clean & tidy. Quite spacious - so met our needs. The man at reception was very friendly & went out of his way to change our room from upstairs to downstairs.

There seemed to be a strong, sewerage type smell coming from the shower. Plus the cleaners need to use a bit of bleach & a small bottle brush (or similar) to clean around the shower door. (Also had blonde hair in the grate - not mine). No one at reception upon departure to advise issues.

Dinner was great and delivered to the room quickly

The mattress was a bit lumpy (for me)

Convenience and pool side access. Beds were clean!

Went to make a cup of coffee and discovered the cup hadn't been cleaned which was very disappointing. You could also see streaks on the bathroom mirror.

Bistro food was good

Room smelt funny and was run down. Unfortunately we got a room with an adjoining door and it was really noisy.

Location was convenient, the bed was comfortable and the reception staff were friendly.

The room had an odd smell.. like rotten egg.There was a live cockroach in the bathroom. Only one chair to sit at the table.. one of us had to sit on the bed. Only two sachets of coffee.

The refurb of the rooms is terrific. They are clean fresh and nicely appointed after a recent refurb.

I was surprised when I arrived to be so close to the pub but once you’re in your room looking over the pool. It feels a world away.

Location was convenient

Towels and bedding had stains all over them. Spent the first hour of our stay trying to connect the TV apparently the WiFi isn't connected to TV and you have to hotspot your own device to get streaming then it still wouldn't hotspot and the reception staff didn't know how to do it so we couldn't watch a movie with our daughter at night which was our plan to have a movie night with her was a little disappointing.

Staff and everyone were lovely very helpful and no dramas lovely stay

No complaints had a nice chilll won a meat raffle with one ticket

Check in was easy, staff were great, room was excellent with more than the usual tea/coffee and big jars of soap etc attached to the bathroom wall. There were cereal options with crockery and cutlery to serve yourself in the room. Hotel facilities are great and I had a lovely evening.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. So close to everywhere we needed to go during our stay. Great value for money and loved that we could have dinner there! Everyone was very welcoming and the food was great. Will definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

This hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms were very nice. We enjoyed having the pub downstairs and the rooms were well priced. Love the location as it was an easy walk to the beach.
