Great location and good value

Bathroom were adequate but showing signs of aging.

Closeness to shops and beach

The cleanliness of the unit. Every inch of it needed cleaning. Very disappointed. Curtains in main bedroom were so old they were rotting.

The location was perfect so close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The kids loved the pool. Although I have mentioned some small improvements required, it was still good value for money.

The place needs a deep clean, blinds, walls, skirtings, and bathrooms especially. The duvets need washing they were marked and did not look like they had been washed for some time. The sheets however were very fresh and clean. For a weeks stay it would have been good to supply more toilet paper, some laundry powder would have been good as only 4 towels for the week, more dishwashing liquid and powder or tablets for the dishwasher as there was only enough for one wash. There were no rubbish bags. We ended up buying these day to day things but could not get in small amounts so it adds up when having to purchase a full box of laundry powder, dishwashing liquid bottle, dishwasher tablets, roll of rubbish bags and toilet paper, when just supplying a few extras in the house to keep it clean and maintained also for your benefit would be helpful for both guests and owners alike. The 49 stairs up to the top floor were unexpected, I assumed there was a lift so that was a real hindrance with luggage and back and forth with little kids.

The cleanliness, the location, the pool, the friendliness of staff.

Budget friendly. Good location to the beach, shopping and food. Easy to get around. A little extra cleaning and it would be great.

Room 21. The window sills are full of mould. The glass door does not lock, screen door hard to lock. Washing machine is dirty. Single bed has rips on the side. Shower in ensuite very small hard to even wash your hair, used other bathroom. Garden steps need a sweep or blower vac.

Hassle free checking in. Manager was lovely. Spacious comfortable unit with everything we needed! Good views and nice pool and spa.

Nothing at all!

The property was simple but met our needs. Kitchen had all required equipment and was comfortable. Great washing machine.

Single beds weren’t very comfortable with springs from the mattresses protruding into back when sleeping. TV did not allow us to stream from our devices and did not allow us to access Netflix etc.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and local shops and cafes. The facility was perfect for our family of four, with enough space. The apartment had everything we needed (fully furnished, including washer, dryer and dishwasher).

How helpful the manager was. He carried my overnight bag into my room, and I was very appreciative.

The only difficulty for me was the steps to my unit. I am 86 and have to risk manage steps, particularly because it was raining. Although I was on the first lot of units, having to walk up and down the steps was a risk.

Awesome location close to beach and restaurants. Lovely for morning walks to kings beach for a coffee.

very quiet and very relaxing guy thats running itIs very nice and vary helpful the pool is keeped clean and not real strict on pool times as long as your respectful to other people staying there and keep quiet

No lifts to apartments but only 3 floors 4 fromCarpark

The location was excellent, walk to everything, beaches, shops, recreation. The unit was very spacouis, kitchen well appointed, full size refregirator,washing machine/dryer. Bed was very comfortable.

The unit could have been cleaned much better. We swept the floors and picked up u full and a half dustpan worth of dirt, long hair etc. The grounds and gardens need a really good work over to trim bushes and sweep the grounds to make it more appealing and presentable. We did not use the onsite pool, prefered the beach, so close by.

Everything was amazing, friendly staff and a fantastic location, room was clean and the pool was nice and we loved the shade sail over the shallow end.

Loved the location and our unit was quite nice. Also enjoyed the pool.

Would love a lift.

Excellent location to main shop & beaches. Very spacious for a family.
