Price & location was quite good

My room was to close to swimming pool ( noisy kids) calling out to parents in their rooms who were to lazy to be with them

The people getting in the pool late at night because of the noise

Comfortable and clean. Room was a Little small but overall comfortable. Close walking distance to everything.

The uninterrupted view was fantatsic

The shed sail above the hotub needs replacing, also a bit more shade on the top level would let us use it more. More comfortable furniture on the top level too.

location & view. Great room for a family

The room needed baking trays or something to use in the oven... the room had about 9 pots and pans which was odd.

Great apartment. Lots of room.

Couple of appliances couldn't be operated including an air con, bedroom lights and the stove top however overall was v happy and will be back

Water view and position to shops and necessities

We had to kill a number of cockroaches

Loved the resort. Easy access to pool and the water fishing, restaurants.

Lack of daily room service. Had to ask for clean towels and removal of used towels. No refills of tea/coffee and shampoo etc.

The location was terrific with easy access to restaurants, shops, good walks and the beach. Dallas on reception was very welcoming on arrival. A very neat little apartment with a lovely view from the balcony of the water and pool. TV with Foxtel was great for relaxing. The hot water pressure was terrific so it offered a great shower. Undercover car parking was also a bonus.

Pillows lousy. The sliding door needs attention, which I mentioned during my stay.

Beautiful view from apartment, clean & tidy, large main bedroom with bath rooms having en-suites, easy access to the pools from balcony, uncover parking & 3 polo choose from with 1 being luke warm

Pool area rather noisy, noisy people fishing on the boardwalk to all hours

Staff helpfulness; position wxcellent.

Great location, beautiful view smooth check in and check out, lovely staff, very helpful, shops close by all within walking distance.

That we were there for only 2 nights, was just so relaxing.

The location, the facilities. My accommodation was spacious & well equipped overlooking the pool. I had a lovely outdoor patio. The facilities were spotless. It is a very welcoming location ( the reception staff). It is a short walk to the beach & the Esplanade. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, cleanliness, onsite easy access secure and designated parking.

Main bedroom small, difficult to get around bed. No fan in toilet. Glass sliding door didn’t lock and was very heavy to open and close. Lock was fixed quickly on request. Door was still difficult to open and close. Pot and frypan were burnt. Apartment was outdated, lounge needs replacing.

Walking distance to shops and beach. Pools were good.

Our room was overlooked by the very close balconies of the hotel next door. Had to keep our curtains drawn when we were in the room.

We like the position, central to our needs, very comfortable

There were children riding around the glass pool enclosure, being very noisy at night, especially bothering one of the elderly residents. Wasn’t safe for them, and under no supervision. We really glad we only stayed 2 nights.

We were placed next to young family who kept yelling at kids with the door wide open and woke us early

The view and closeness to everything.

The position of the pool and bbq makes it extremely windy. Even in hot days, we couldn't really enjoy being around the area.
