Great location , Great pool Huge room

The shower spat upwards all over the room causing flooding . The man that works there ( Handyman) made us feel uncomfortable and was rude a few times when we were asking for help.

- The heated pool, water slide and spa- Loads of toys and books in the room- Equipment in the room in general was also great, e.g aircon, new laundry machines and well equipped kitchen with everything you need, even an airfryer! So perfect for families.- Easy access to the beach and playgrounds nearby.- Comfortable beds

Unfortunately a lot :(- Not cleaned properly, full of clumps of dust behind and under furniture from what seems like 20 years ago, we even found a dead cockroach and a full sandwich that someone had stashed under the bed. Unfortunately kids kept throwing toys under things so we discovered it this way. There was also cobwebs on some windows which would have been easy to clean. Also bedding looked pretty old with stains.- No privacy as our kitchen/lounge huge window overlooked the outside bins so people constantly coming up to throw rubbish there and we had no blinds at all! Also not pleasant when you are trying to cook or eat looking at bins. - The outdoor patio was unusable with random old furniture just in the middle not even setup and there was no barrier from the communal garden so kids just kept running away to this garden and a random gardener man literally walked through there on occasion. It also had no key lock so my 5 year old could open it and let my 2 year old out with him. Very unsafe so I asked for another room straight away which was not provided despite my booked room had photos of a balcony room, not patio!- Super noisy from road traffic as the room was right at the edge.- Indian restaurant smell was very strong in the car park.

The pool is amazing for kids, heated and has a shallow end as well as a deeper area for jumping in. Waterslide was great, as was spa. Apartment was large with a huge kitchen and lounge

The common areas of the building are dated but the apartment itself was well maintained and clean.

Location was good. Incredible sea & town views. Short walk to shops, restaurants, medical facilities, bottle shop. Great walking paths along the water.

unit and furnishings were excellent, location of unit excellent, minimum interaction with staff but very polite and helpful;)

minor maintenance should have been done prior to letting. Perhaps a maintenance form for customers to fill out upon leaving.

We Arrived at 6pm and no one around had to ring a number which put me on hoped for 10 mins then told that the computer was running slow she would ring back, we sat in the foyer tired and frustrated finally she rang back and gave wrong number for key safe. Next day came back at 6pm and both our key cards would not work rang again and finally someone came with new cards so we could get in our apartment. Really was a bit of a nuisance.

Great apartment, nice decor and clean, lots of room. Great view and lots of extra details eg. Pegs for clothes rack and scissors!

The only negative was the entrance to the carpark. The entrance was also the exit for the carpark and as it was only wide enough for one car, you had to be very careful and had to reverse back if a car was coming in. The top of the ramp was also right on a roundabout, which was hard when exiting carpark to turn into it.

Location was fantastic. View of ocean and lots of water sports. Loved watching the big ships. Also the pathway along the water into the city was fantastic for biking.

Lovely spacious living area. Beautiful view.Great bed!Lovely kitchen, with everything one could need.

The lounge was uncomfortable, awkward to relax. The shower over the bath was tricky to negotiate.

The staff were lovely. Wonderful view from our balcony. Great central location

Queen bed and no air-conditioning in the main bedroom.

Everything but the bedroom was too hot because it had no a/c.The lounge could have had a fan rather than the bedroom.

Again only the a/c in the bedroom let the whole place down!

My daughter and I loved the whole experience from booking the unit to our long 5 night stay. We had the ninth floor with amazing views. The unit was spacious, modern and very clean. The amenities at the resort ie pool, games room and restaurant were lovely. Being right on the beach was an added bonus. Walking distance to local shops so no driving was needed.

Window coverings very thin had to hang blankets so the sun didn’t beat in in the morningsOld kitchen utensils - no oven trays - oven handle wobbly organised a replacement microwave with management dryer not fixed until last day - had a toddler so needed to wash

Pathetic

The staff were disgusting they kept coming in our room and did not give any care towards me and my partner . Would never stay there again . Left a day early
