Clive and Debbie were so lovely! Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Comfy bed and clean room.

We stayed in a level 1 apartment. The rooms were spacious and private, and the master was set away from the other 2 bedrooms. The balcony was large. The location is perfect- we walked our 4 yr old and 1 yr old (pram) to Happy Valley playground each morning. Lots of food places very close. Very central. Beautiful rooftop pool with spectacular sunsets and panoramic views

Parking was extremely tight for a 4x4 , didn’t like towels and bedding don’t get changed your entire stay unless it’s longer then a week our shower had black mould the drains smelled really bad rust in main bathroom, your only supplied with one toilet roll your entire stay unless you want to purchase it from reception for what you pay nightly to stay that should be topped up when changing towels at least every second day , shower scum on glass both bathrooms and closets are full of boxes and spare bed heads ect , on the 12th floor roof top pool handles into spa are wobbly and rusty at anchor point overall not enjoyable for the money

Fantastic couple running the complex and super helpful. Rooftop area is unbelievable with magnificent 360 degree views.

The apartment has an exceptional view on level 8. The beds were super comfy and the roof top pool was an absolute stand out!

While it was a spacious 3br apartment, our apartment needed some TLC from its owners. Eg: ensuite shower needed cleaning & repair. Some stains on lounge & a doona, broken cutlery drawer insert. These can be easily fixed & would make a more pleasant guest experience

Conveniently located, and the apartment was clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Debbie and Clive went the extra mile and provided an additional ramp as my husband uses a wheelchair. They kept in touch and made sure our stay was comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. I would highly recommend this place and are definitely coming back here.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to a lot of places. Great views, especially from pool area. Enjoyed the spa & pool. Beds really comfy & everything we needed for our stay.Great communication & Debbie & Clive were very friendly

Room needs a bit of TLC. Lounge could do with updating, mainly as recliners broken but still comfy enough.

The roof top pool was nice

The air conditioning unit has mold all throughout it and myself and my whole family are sick now after staying for 3 nights. You get charged for everything… felt really ripped off pool towels $5 a coffee pod was $2… these things should be included in your stay.

Staff were fantastic and welcoming. Very friendly when arriving, throughout the stay and on departure, makes all the difference. Walking distance to numerous cafes, restaurants and small shopping centre.

Well equipped and clean apartment, beautiful view

Only bad thing I have to say as it was great is that the spa was out of action for two days as emptied due to water quality ( I know out of anybody’s control ) but as it was a bit cool weather the kids really wanted to swim in there. Other wise the roof top view is beautiful.

Great location for everything, beach, shops and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Apartment was well equipped with even egg cups! Plenty of coat hangers -always a plus.

The carpet is worn in places and could become a trip hazard Better lighting in stair well would be good -we had a power cut so had to use these stairs

The pillows were not the most comfortable.They were either too high or too low

The location, fast lift, easy parking. The apartment was roomy. Rooftop pool had amazing views.

The furniture was very outdated. The beanbag needs beans so there was only one sofa and armchair for a unit that sleeps 4. The master ensuite shower had very mouldy silicone and the door leaked water on to the floor.. The carpet was very stained in the bedroom too.

The view was amazing The unit was spotless clean. Close to the shops and beach. Easy walks along boardwalk.

TV didn't work for our first day, but when we reported it the manager came up to fix it.

Furniture was too low,

The apartment was very spacious, with the added bonus of a second bathroom, with a bath. I loved the option of 2 balconies to enjoy the sunshine. Beds were extremely comfortable and had the best sleep in years! Apartment had 2 good size smart tv’s with very comfortable lazy boy recliners in the living area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Special feature was the rooftop pool with amazing views, hot tub, loungers, shade and bbq. We also used the gym and sauna..,bonus! Location was very convenient for the beach and shopping.

The apartment lacked a personal touch, which would have made it more visually attractive, such as pictures, cushions, etc. we had a couple of issues, with no hangers and a stiff lock on the balcony door, but the manager soon addressed this. A little more attention to detail wouldn’t have gone amiss, such as some spring cleaning and checking for working light bulbs and clothes rails in place. This however didn’t distract from a wonderful stay.
