Great location! Central to everything that we needed for a couple of nights away. The room was soundproof and the air con nice and cold. Just what we needed during that heatwave! We loved the complimentary snack basket, what a fantastic idea!

The inside of the main spa was a little rough & dated, but we noticed a sign in the lift saying that the pool & spa was being renovated in March. Good to see that maintenance is on track to fix things that need a face lift.

Location, staff, comfort.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was better than expected, clean and even had a complimentary bottle of wine. Location was exactly what we hoped for right on kings beach with a nice walk down to the busier bullcock beach. We will 100% return to this hotel

View: The moment I stepped into the room, the ocean view from the entrance instantly lifted my spirits. Every day, the sun rising over the horizon made the start of the day exciting, even on cloudy days.Location: Just strolling along the beach right in front of us made for a delightful time, and the shopping area was within walking distance—a very convenient location indeed.Hospitality: Although check-in was slightly delayed due to circumstances on the accommodation side, the service provided more than made up for it, which was a welcome experience as a guest. The front desk staff were friendly, yet their explanations were thorough, and we received heartwarming hospitality.

Good location, nicely renovated rooms

Pool is getting an upgrade in March 2026 and it’s definitely due! The second bedroom wasn’t air conditioned so was very hot.

Location and view were fantastic and the welcome hampers were a lovely touch. Staff friendly and helpful, units well equipped and everything is neat and tidy. Second time we have stayed here in last 18 months.

The pool is in need of a makeover, which we understand is scheduled for March 2026.The internet for the cable TV did drop out quite frequently. This was only a minor inconvenience and mainly noticeable on one evening when we stayed in with our toddler rather than eating out.

Hours of reception, we had a busy schedule & was not able to actually see reception staff to verify or credit card.Our room defiantly needed some repairs it is an older property that has potential but our stay was not the best the toilet lid wouldn’t stay up, light coming into room & apartment from glass blocks with no covering. Laundry door was stuck open. Would we stay here again - no

LOVED EVERYTHING!Originally I had booked accommodation at the Ramada and it was DISGUSTING (refer my review on that booking)! Checked out after one night and booked into ULTIQA Shearwater Resort and OMG - I'm so glad I did. Where do I start! The lady, Michaela, at the front desk was so lovely, the car park was a breeze with trolleys close by for our luggage. As for the room - OUTSTANDING! Just perfect and very clean. The facilities were awesome and our view was spectacular. We didn't want to leave.If that wasn't enough, there was a beautiful hamper waiting for us in our room with lots of goodies.Fantastic location too, right across the road from the beach and so many restaurants to choose from. There was nothing not to love about this place. I will definitely be back in the future but for a much longer stay!

Great location and view of Kings Beach and ocean. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we had a minor issue with internet connectivity. Wish we could have stayed longer, but hotel was fully booked.

Staff were amazing! Complimentary goodies in room immediately exceeded expectations. Location was great. Amenities in room were everything we needed for a family, including laundry facilities and toiletries! Room was a great size! Great views and close to everything.

Pool area a bit outdated but being renovated soon - with the ocean pool less than 100m away this wasn’t a big deal.

Pool out dated, no shade.Bathroom had a bath shower, in which the bath was too high to get in without knocking your knee and was very slippery. No boxes of tissues available.
