Very nice property with good amenities. Clean. Barry from front desk very helpful and friendly.

Not much really. You are a short walk to beach, about 5 or so minutes walk. We were on lv4 and you do have a building right in front of you, obstructing a lot of your view towards ocean.

Location was great and the caretaker very helpful. We did not have an iron and he went out of his way to supply one even with the water container. Vacuum cleaner was missing also. The huge balcony was a wonderful asset and was used constantly by us.

Older building but apartment was spacious, well appointed and has a great view. Could do with better wine glasses though.

From the initial contact Barry and Jo were amazing. They allowed us to take my daughter at late notice and when our flight was cancelled we were offered to stay until later in the day to rest at the unit.The unit was large, tidy and catered for all ages. The beds were comfortable and the big fluffy towels were wonderful.The pool was clean, warm and the hours 8am to 8pm were ideal on a hot day.The location is close to shops, restaurants, the beach and the unit block was very quiet.

The property was dusty and had hair in the both bathroom sinks from previous people.

This apartment was great - well located, big & bright, comfortable beds, good air con, well set up kitchen & laundry, nice pool. The building manager was great too - thanks Barry!!!

Small things like the small gym & limited hours of use. But overall minor on the whole.

We had a fantastic stay at Mariners Resort Kings Beach, the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Barry the manager was also very helpful. Our view from our room was fantastic and we were able to whale watch from our balcony. We loved the pool and spa. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, thank you.

Fantastic location with lovely views. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool, spa, gym and sauna were all well maintained. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our particular apartment was showing it's age and the lounges are due for replacement but were comfortable.

The view was so amazing. Lovely and clean just like home. 2 bathrooms was great. Set out very well. Everything you need is right there. Secure undercover parking.

Main bed was a little to soft for us and my daughter said the single beds to hard. I actually liked the firmness of the single bed.

Roomy appartment, a bit dated but great location.Good value for money.

Had issues with hot water for showers, managed to resolve during our stay.

So much room for all 3 of my boys Clean as room great staff
