Friendly staff, great view & proximity to shops & beach

A little dated

Very calm and peaceful area, good for quiet relaxation. Easy casting of Netflix/YouTube to TV from phone. TV angle is very adjustable for viewing from the bed.

Has an assortment of neighbourhood shops and some restaurants but you need transport to access more shopping and food options.The old building is in generally good condition, but there are some things that are missed in upkeep e.g. missing slats in the bedroom screen doors, oozy outlet in the old spa bath. Apart from the spa bath issue, the rest were minor cosmetic issues that didn't diminish comfort or function.

Convenience of location. Great view. Hospitality, welcome drink on arrival.

Lack of undercover parking, not enough car spaces, no allocation of car parking for each unit. Disappointed that the on site restaurant was closed, there was 15 of us and we had to find somewhere else to go.

We absolutely loved the view, so beautiful. Great location, although we tend to like to be able to walk to clubs/pubs and found taxi or courtesy bus the only option. The room was lovely, very clean, very comfy bed and the pillows were the nicest ones to sleep on in comparison to other stays we have had elsewhere. Very impressed with Ramada

Comfy and Cosy Room, Good water views with lots to look at. Convenient quiet location and near to restaurants, cafes, shops including bottle shop. Easy to drive to other beaches.

We were lucky to get undercover parking but the parks were narrow and only a few disability parks so this made it diffuclt to get out of the car sometimes.

It was a lovely veiw and good location

The cleanliness of the pool area was a real let down, the ground staff are not doing a good job, the pool was dirty, the day bed were covered in black mould. At the end of the day, for the next morning none of the lounge beds were tidy up they were just left scattered everywhere. The artificial grass needs to be swept and blown on a regular basis, there were tree debris everywhere. The other issue when booking the hotel should inform potential guests of the 24hours a day sand pumping, the noes was very ingoing i no it has to be done but they could warn you.

Great location. Very restful stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and spa.

Love going to Ramada, we go there every year.Central to shops, takeaway, clubs beach, . We just park the car and use Club buses . Or walk.Great facilities, you can do as much or little as you want.

The view from the balcony was amazing

Very outdated - furniture and carpet was old and smelly, shower door wouldn't close properly and the apartment has a very strong off-putting smell. Maybe a combination of the old furniture and carpet and the chemicals they used to cover this. We had to leave late at night and didn't end up staying due to the smell and the constant noise above us from the scraping of the chairs.

The accommodation was good. The room has a nice view of Caloundra. The room had enough facilities to cook breakfast or other small meals. The Thai restaurant down stairs is pretty good. Its also a very quick walk to the Golden Beach shops which include restaurants, news agent, small supermarket among other things.

Being cornered with promises of gifts to sign up for a Club Wyndam sales 'seminar' one minute after checking in. Unexpected. We will be going back to the Gemini or one of the many other options for our next six monthly visit.Also the spa/shower in the main room isn't designed for the elderly or anyone with a disability. One sketchy grab rail and a lot of potential for an unforgettable slip. Luckily there's a second shower option in room 808.

We had to park on the street for one night, not enough parking downstairs.

Great location, (walk to supermarket, water, takeaway foods, coffee) with top views from the balcony. Very welcoming staff. They gave great advice and answered my questions. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Kitchen had enough of what you need if you want to cook.

I found nothing wrong with this one. I got parking right at the front without a problem outside busy season.

The pool and the tennis court were awesome. Loved having a game room and a gym too !

The aircon is hard to use

Staff Great communication, Manager was fantastic with everything. I will let people I know that it's great .Only problem was parking,more is needed and because it is on Sunshine coast it should have all parking undercover parking really.
