Bed was comfy.

The walls are paper thin, shower head was so rusted and bathroom needed a good clean

It states it is a bistro but it is a buffet dinner which was lovely

Location the room size the complimentary water tea coffee The aircon was on so the room was cool when I arrived

Initially, despite the fact that we'd booked a Queen Unit, we were placed in a unit with twin beds pushed together. We were not phased by this, however, it proved to be an extremely uncomfortable & restless night's sleep! Also, the toilet seat was loose + hazardous! Complained to Management next morning, who were very helpful & thankfully we were able to relocate to another unit.

except for the steps at the front the location was perfect and we were very happy even though the room was fairly small it was good my husband and I.

The staff were nice, the bedroom was clean and lovely. Bed comfy and the room quiet.

I'm astounded that you didn't have any Bonsoy soy milk. Wasn't able to have half the things on offer for breakfast...The shower head in our shower was grose. The shower leaked...You should offer breakfast buffet on weekends or a discount for accommodation since you don't provide breakfast on weekends.

Noisy people staying next door, guests really should have the respect of others to keep noise down after 10pm

Liked that it was modern

Didn't like the fact that the ceiling and walls in our room (room 12) were in dire need of repair with the paint or something white crumbling onto the floor and big bubbles on walls and ceiling. The shower leaked all over the floor. only the heat lamps and fan worked in the bathroom, and the toilet seat was dodgy.

It was clean and tidy, well looked after.

The beds were dinted in the middle. I think if the beds were a little more comfy this place would be amazing

Helpful, professional and very pleasant staff. Parking facilities great. First impressions of room : above average. Comfortable bed. Excellent lighting and facilities in room. Helped me to forget that I was en route to my worksite! Highly recommend.

The room was great. Place was in a good location. Clean and tidy. Check in easy. Other than checking Didn't see anybody else.

The only thing is that there was only one towel for 2 people.

Very clean, friendly staff, great sized rooms

The metal stairs used to go up and down levels are so loud when people are using them. We were on the bottom level and were woken at 5am by the upstairs gusts going up and down. They are not soundproof rooms

Walls paper thin, guy in the next room was noisy and inconsiderate to neighbouring rooms.Couldn't get A/C to work properly, trying to set it on heat was futile, luckily it wasn't too cold that night.Breakfast was over at 7:30 so I missed it!We're not all mining and construction workers!Didn't realise it was an upstairs room with only stair access.Bad knees didn't like that!

The style was nice and modern

The tv remote didn't work. I couldn't find the light switch. The bed was hard. The walls were very thin and I could hear the neighbours conversation and alarm in the morning.

Affordable without lacking comfort. Good location for our needs. Easy check-in and out. Spacious layout, modern amenities, Foxtel and wifi. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever travelling through Chinchilla in the future.

Very dusty items in room. Needs a thorough dusting clean out. Air conditioner smelt mouldy/musty.

It was nice and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

All I got was snoring all night from the next room.
