Basic necessary facilities

Extremely noisy. Could hear everyone. And the air-conditioning/heating in the room didn’t work properly.

full size frig, bed was comfortable, side table and 2 chairs so we could have breakfast at was handy, good screens on the windows kept the light out during the night. Had a lounge to relax on.

car not undercover, so you may get a little wet loading and unloading your car as it was a bit drizzly the day we were there.

The size of the accommodation was great and very clean. Happy about the stand-a-lone rooms.

The refrigerator was quite loud all night and finally became quite at 6.30 am.

Budget price. Clean. Location and parking are fine.

I booked based on positive reviews regarding comfort and quietness. That's certainly not true about the single rooms. With their being thin walled cabins in a block, everything your neighbours do is audible and there's no insulation so it gets quite cold. Add to that the reverse cycle air made a racket, and a train stopped at the station around midnight was loud enough to vibrate the room. The single bed was also a crude box spring and very uncomfortable . The separate cabins may be somewhat better but being a light sleeper I won't be staying again.

A great place to stay off the main road but close to town. Easy after hours check in and out.

The accommodation was located a little out of town however only a short 20 minute walk finds you right in the middle of it all. Bed was comfy. Kitchenette had everything you'd need for a few nights away. Friendly at reception, early key drop off. I'll be staying here again next time I'm in town.

Nothing it was all good

Property was very spacious with everything you need for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable and we could easily access the town centre by walking.

What did you like ? - Nothing - the room was nothing like the pictures and not worth the $1200 for the week. The description was totally inaccurate and the room was of a very poor standard.

What didnt you like? - Everything. Stayed across the road before and was far better value and facilities. Will not be back.

No towels and the office was closed so had to use the bath mat to dry ourselves.

Bed bugs, I have bites everywhere. Very sensitive to bites and extremely horrible.

The property is spacious and in a great location, but it is also nice and quiet. The two bedroom cabin that we were in was very simple but had what we needed. There is a table with 4 chairs which was great in the kitchen, a lounge or something more comfy would have been nice - but that is a small issue.

My only negative is that there was nowhere comfortable to watch tv, only the kitchen table and the eating chairs.

The villa looks nice and good.

It was mentioned in the letter that there is housekeeping every two days of stay but i reckon they just changed the towels but the unit is not cleaned.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Pool was lovely.

Cabin was near a busy road and up against another cabin with no sound proofing. Facilities were old and made a lot of noise, ie the fridge. Bed kept rolling and creaking. Overall not a good night sleep.

Clean cabin with wonderful air conditioning and pool. A great place to stay.

There was a large sign that said complimentary coffee but could not see complimentary coffee. Would have been more likely to purchase if breakfast hours were longer.

No soap holder in the shower. The room smelt bad. The chair was broken under the seat. Wi Fi was bad. TV did not have Netflix or Stan options.

Was clean and comfortable. Was in Chinchilla to visit family. Great location. Will stay again in the near distant future. Close to everything
