Bli Bli Suites

It is a great place to stay. We have stayed a few times since it opened.

There was no TV remote which was resolved quite quickly.

Very nice and friendly stuffs was helped me out killed cockroach im my room.

It was big cockroach in my room when I checked in and open my room..

It was local, suitable for our requirements.

For a hotel it lacks suitable signage! If one parks in the building (level 2 in our case) the lift gives NO indication of where reception is! Finding some one who knows was difficult. Level 3 had no one, Level 4 was the restaurant and only after waiting at the seating desk were we informed that that in fact is reception (NO SIGNAGE WHATSOEVER)!When we get our room key, the lift to level 5 was unresponsive till one eventually finds where to register it electronically!We were told to return the key upon leaving, but not where!! We left at 7.20am the following morning, but level 4 was locked, and only after a wait to attract cleaning/prep staff were we advised of the drop box in the car park.

It is a super convenient location for us to visit with family who live in Bli Bli. The food at the hotel downstairs is the best pub food we've encountered in a long time and we have all our meals there. The service is also great. Free parking - no hidden extras. A spacious, comfortable room with a few bits of crockery and cutlery if you want to self-cater your breakfast.

Location was great. Quiet and close to the shopping village. Access to the restaurant was good.

Location was ideal for work with good meals for dinner.

The dedicated parking for the hotel was small for a large vehicle. I used the main carpark instead.

Our aircon was broken half my holiday . In Dec to Jan the hottest season of the year, it was horrible to sleep in and just stay in and we had to sleep with the balcony door open let bugs in , and the loud noise from the main road then the noise and smell of the broken AC and the constant LED light from the Bli Bli sign outside the balcony window I was in room 5 . I called the number for the place constantly and messaged everyday , the AC guy came everyday and never fixed it . It wasn’t fixed for nearly 4 days , we stayed for 7 days now . Kinda ruined our holiday . But on the positive , the food was soooo good the staff at the hotel at the restaurant. Location and facilities were great .

Good central location. Free on-site parking. Friendly responsive staff. Contemporary fit-out and furnishings. Very clean throughout. One of the few places that still provides face cloth! Large on-site restaurant with extensive menu, including a selection of $15 'pub classics'. Would stay again. Although the on-site restaurant doesn't open until 10AM, for breakfast there is a very good cafe (loose-leaf tea!) just a few minutes walk down the road.

In the bedroom the air conditioner was located above the bed, which meant the cooled air blows directly onto you.

Soft bed, clean and comfortable. Fantastic staff

Toilet roll, a quarter of paper left on the roll and only one spare. Better idea with shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the shower is have larger bottles in dispenser on wall of shower as those little bottles are useless, specially when you stay at places for more than one day. Just a suggestion. But overall loved it.

The location was amazing. Very central to everything. The room was modern and very clean. Very quiet, excellent soundproofing in rooms. Parking was free with excellent access. We will definitely stay here again.

Only some small details ... we ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare. It wasn't clear who to contact to ask for more or between what times. We also couldn't work out how to connect the room TV to the wifi. A welcome pack with some operational information would have been helpful.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff

The elevation to the suites was out of order which was disappointing as we had booked an accessibility suite. Walking up and down the steps to the loading dock was not very pleasant. No tissues, no shelving for toiletries. The only mirror was above the bathroom sink. The shower curtain looked stained or soiled.

Shame about the lift

Lift broken down, had to use firestairs accessed from rear loading dock. Dirty smelly area. Not nice. Lift was out of action prior to checking in. Would of been nice to be advised prior of Lift problem with option to cancel. $50 voucher provided for Lift inconvenience which was appreciated but seemed insufficient considering the inconvenience and price paid for the suite. Shampoo, conditioner bottles too small.

The room was very spacious, beds where really comfortable, very clean

Under cover parking! Air con worked well. Freezer section in room fridge was good. Loved the shower albeit not enough water pressure. Easy after hours checking on Xmas day! Easy departure with dropping the key in the box.

Found it a bit hard to find the car park and lift initially. Eventually found it. Swipe tag in lift was slow to read.

No air con no fans no way of contacting hotel at all for any issues or anything at any time My recent message was ignored as well . Do not stay here

Location was great

The toilet was not cleaned under the seat no microwave no hot water for shower

Room was spacious and quiet

No air conditioning. Staff were very unhelpful in trying to resolve this. No communication before hand to advise of the air conditioning issues and no communication during our stay. No offer of any sort of compensation. Just told there’s‘nothing they can do’. No response after sending a complaint. Also dishes were left in room dirty and sand inside sheets.

Loved that it had parking and a restaurant. Was super easy to check in and out, the room was spacious and comfortable

Nice very large rooms, clean, good amenities but the worst bed ever ! they are soooooo soft I slept on the floor, seriously. While on the bed, the sheets are 110% Polyester so you're basically sleeping in plastic bags ...in the tropics .....oh, our down has cum or squirt stains on it, nice bonus.The Tavern down stairs is very good, great young team, good value but there is absolutely nothing else around so a car is a must.

Read the all inclusive review above but I will add, finding the car park & check in desk will be fun for first timers.

The price was fair. Comfortable bed. Looked clean and new.

Finding where to park and check in was difficult. The tapl in the shower was broken and the tv remote had flat batteries.
