Important Check-in Information: Reception is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is not staffed 24 hours a day. Guests planning to arrive after 6:00 PM must contact the motel in advance to arrange a late check-in. Late arrival instructions cannot be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made. Important Accessibility Information: Please note that all guest rooms are accessible by stairs only, including rooms situated on the lower level of the accommodation building. Due to the property's design, guests are required to use stairs to access all rooms, and there is no lift available to the upper floor. Unfortunately, because of the stair-only access and the absence of disability-accessible facilities, the motel is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility. The motel's car park is located adjacent to the accommodation building. Parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis only. On street parking is generally available on Macrossan Street. Pets and animals are strictly prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the motel premises.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 100.0 is required. The property charges the damage deposit 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
