Bed to small pillows uncomfortable

Surprise location, even tho on main road, rooms sound proofed! Did not hear the early morning movers or their heavy duty trucks!Pool was relaxing, extra towels supplied, easy drive to main retail and eatery area.

Everything! Very clean, fully equipped, quiet and tidy, friendly owner, roomy. Couldn’t ask for better!

Cleanliness, facilities and staff

The accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and upgraded our room. Bottles of water , milk and biscuits were provided complementary which is no longer always the case.

Can’t think of anything that could have been done better.

Friendly staff, nice pool, good facilities

Room and property was very clean. Even though it is on a main road, you couldn't hear any road noise.

Good location, it may be set close to a busy road but once inside the rooms, you don’t hear cars and trucks passing.

Pillows are a bit on the high side.

Clean and comfortable; friendly and welcoming staff; complimentary chilled bottled water; good range of charge-back options for meals.

Rooms in front section (where we stayed) can be a little noisy because they face the highway, although we found our Sunday night stay restful.

Large family of 6 leaving us plenty ofRoom forComfort on our drive fromTownsville toGold Coast

Very friendly and accommodating staff. High cleaning standards, room facilities are great.

First time staying at this motel. It was comfortable and much quieter than expected even being on the main road heading north. Once the doors were closed and the air conditioning was on, there was no noise of traffic from outside.

Great location, quiet and fantastic facilities.

Pleasant and helpful manager. Great bathroom with disabled facilities, very much appreciated. Very comfortable room. Although it did not have a restaurant, they had a list of restaurants from which we could order and have delivered and charge back to the motel.

It was a little bit noisy. Our room was close to the highway - however once we went to sleep, it did not wake us.

The room we had was very clean and well appointed. I was surprised at how quiet the room was at night considering it's quite a busy road during the day.

It was clean, good facilities and good parking.

Rooms were neat, clean and modern. All the amenities that we needed. The parking bays were huge a S had heaps of room which was excellent with a 4wd. The staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds were well kept. Easy access driveway on and off the highway. Even though the highway was right out front, there was barely any road noise.

Smoking was allowed directly infront of the rooms. Which meant the smoke would just come in under the doors etc. there is no breakfast service or meals however they can be ordered in.
