Phone in staff was extremely helpful. Maintenance guy, Alan, was sooooo helpful.

The lockbox didn’t work well so we had to call for help. It would be nicer to have on site staff but with just six rooms, it’s understandable that there’s no onsite staff.

The place was exactly as I expected.Friendly staff and clean linen.Great area for bush walking.

Basic accommodation.

1. I received no SMS, so di dnot know which room, or code. I called the contact mobile number, and left a message. Never received a reply. I was advised to look at bookings.com, and found these details2. we booked for full family (of 5), but there were only 3 beds. Lucky that 3 did not come at the end.3. Room very, very basic. Last refurb was some 30 years ago.4. Room not serviced. Not a crisis, but paying for two nights, I would have expected this.

Great location in town next to the bowling club. Nice green surroundings. Quiet and comfortable. Clean.

Tired furnishings. TV hard to turn on and off and change channels.

Dirty, could write “clean me”in the dust on the bed side table. Coffee out of date and solidified in the packets. Filthy under the bed and previous gets lost property under the bed.

shampoo/conditioner and soap supplied. plenty of tea and coffee and milk

Room had the facilities I wanted (e.g. A.C. , microwave, tissue box, toilet)

Was not so clean, bedside table had dust, bed sheet/ cover had dust mark, carpet was not so clean. Coffee packet was expired, when I tried to make some coffee.

The location was fabulous. The motel is dated, but i love that about motels. The linen was clean and bathrooms, too. It has everything you need for a night or two. The staff member who called me back was very friendly and accommodating.Parking your car right at the door is another plus. Will definitely be back.

The only downside for me were the pillows and mattress.

Location was convenient to town / event.

The deco was tied and could use updating. Tiles looked like they were 40 years old in bathroom and were mis -matched. The room could have used a better clean.

The room was clean and had the basic requirements.

The shower the water running into the bathroom. Need to look at how to get the water to go down the shower drain.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to all town places, shower was nice, good bed.

No outdoor table & chairs. Very dated

Double booked us so we were left to find new accommodation after they said they would ring us to find somewhere but all we got was a cancellation notification come through we could only find something 22km away @ 3 x time a more expensive rateWe booked robertson country motel In November 2024 & paid for it at the same time & that's what you getCost was $215 then they only want to reimburse me $64 so i will not be using bookings .com in the future at all

The carpet needs a steam clean or replacing but everything in the room worked and we only needed the room to sleep in

Clean linen was the only good thing.

Dead bugs on the stained carpet, mold in the shower and on shower curtain. Shower head dripped constantly.A funnel Web Spider, not a small one, came out from under a bed, thankfully we saw it!!!.Overgrown weeds in carpark. shall i go on!!!!!!!

Great value for money, very dated but clean, comfortable, quiet, good shower pressure and conveniently located next to bowling club.

The room was big and so was the bathroom. The shower was great.

The room definitely had a very musty smell- I was worried about sleeping and breathing it in. It was as if the room had a definite water leak somewhere. The mixed brown tiles were a definite reminder of the 70’s.

The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean.

As is increasingly common, this motel was remotely operated however, unlike the others I have encountered there were no instructions informing me how to gain access to my room and there was no one to ask. I rang the number on the booking but there was no answer. More than half an hour later I received a call telling me how to access the lock box on the door. Once I entered the room I was greeted by a very strong smell of mould/damp which remained throughout the night. The fittings in the room were clearly old and shabby and the state of the tiles tiles in the shower dissuaded me from using it. There was a very nasty-looking ring around the plug hole in the sink. The carpet obviously had not been cleaned. In fact, around 4:30 or 5pm, a woman knocked on the door asking to vacuum the carpet! Although the price of this room was lower than most in the area, had I realised what the conditions were, I would have chosen a higher priced room. This was awful.

Room was clean.

Was quite expensive for what we got. $181 for the night and it was quite old and run down. No staff on site, no Instructions when we got there other than a sign on the restaurant door on a piece of paper saying to call a mobile number to check in. Fine for passing through but could definitely use some work.
