bed is comfy, and handy to other facilities. Location excellent.

The carpet was not cleaned it has stain on the carpet right when i enter into the room. Rubber on the bottom door was loosed,not safe. Carpet should have been cleaned before renting out room. Overall all good.

Noise around the pool for hours, vile guests swearing, loud music, groups hanging around at night looking for trouble. No staff presence during the night.

I liked checkers resort .because the bed was comfortable.the sauna was good .

The was mould on the wall and cornice as you could see water marks in the room .The bath tub and shower was to small to move around in and the was no mat /towel to put on the floor as you got out of shower as water went everywhere.The carpet on the stairs needs a up date .the spa looked likes it had mould or dirty couldn’t tell I didn’t stay in there long .google maps kept taking me in the back way of the resort and at first i thought it was the main entrance there was was trees and grass mulch and rubbish and the grass needed mowing .until it took me in another way that was a much nicer entrance.thats in the photo.

Easy check in process & parking. Room was huge with everything you needed! Staff at front desk were lovely!

The pool, spa, kids pool and souna were amazing

The room was smells like insect spray, i think it was spread prior to our arrival. The smell was awful and very strong. The bed was clean but the room carpet and couch were like 100 year old and very filthy , very outdated. The fridge wasn't on and smells bad. No dining Table. The water kettle was very old dirty and all burnt inside we couldn't use it. Very disappointed with the room

Easy to get to, clean and tidy, good value for 1 nights accommodation

Only issues were maintenance ones - fridge didn’t work, bathroom tap was hard to turn on & off and soap dish in shower is about to fall off the wall - otherwise the room was very clean, tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Reception staff lovely & check in was quick and easy.

It was not too noisy even though it is near the main road.

No lift to take luggage up to room.

Room was clean and nice.

The bed wasn't nice to sleep on no milk for a cuppa.

The kids enjoyed the pool but a lot of mozzies so we couldn’t sit around the pool for very long.

The whole top floor smelt of coherent smoke from other patrons, the room had hair all over the pillows and showers from other guests and chips on the floor. Requested to leave they offered another room down stairs that seemed somewhat better. Would not recommend or stay again. Was not clean

Location and proximity to Manly made it a solid choice for us. The palms garden centre and shops were good.

Signs of wear in the room and bathroom was average. It was pretty clean without being spotless. Bed was not comfortable at all. Linen was clean and WiFi was excellent.

It’s an older property but clean and adequatePalms cafe and the nursery were delightful and the proximity greatly enhanced our stay

We didn’t have a microwave or extra pillows

The pool was a selling point for us and having access to conference area

Great location for a family holiday, close to St Ives Tree Top Adventure and playground, 20min drive to Bobbin Head with beautiful walks, a playground and kayaks for hire, and in proximity to Northern Beaches. Staff members are very freindly and helpful.

Fridge was incredibly small and could hardly fit a couple of bottles of water or even small snacks. Pillows were terrible and beds were really really uncomfortable. Cups and glasses were not cleaned and when we had the make up my room, they simply collected towels and left them on the chair.

Good locations. The Palms next door has nice food and good beverages

Dated, and holes in the fly screen.

Absolute ribbish

Not have rubbish and broken furniture lying around, I would prefer not to have bugs crawling in my bed and would expect to have air conditioning that actually cooled the room
