poor security and lack of...

lack of security and people that we socially challenged treating the hotel like a half way house. I had to call security on one occasion because someone was trying to break into my room.

The room was large and clean.

It's located in what I would call an industrial area - which I wasn't expecting.

Location

The room smelter putrid. Like bad show and foot odor and the pillows were atrocious. I was sry reaching and had I not been up working for hours and had to get up early, I would have left immediately. It would take something extraordinary for me to stay there again.

No free to air TV options

Very clean, conveniently located near some food options/walking distance.

There was a short power outage that came back on within a minute or so. Just made me a bit concerned for the doors as "how would we get back in when we leave" if it were to happen again or longer As the building is unstaffed & things are handled via door codes.

The room and bathroom were a good size

Hated the process of signing in to get the front door and room codes, especially when I had assumed it was a normal motel with reception staff. As the crow flies, was close to a few fast food options but was a longish and roundabout walk not well serviced by footpaths.

Place was filthy, beds were very uncomfortable and filthy , sweat and liquid stained mattresses and god knows what happened on the chair.The room smelt on arrival and on inspection our garden veiw was simply a tree in the carpark obscurred by a metal screen, the bed side tables looked like they were pinched from a kerbside drive by and you needed binnoculars to see the TV.The showers were filthy with a body fat ring clearly visable on the floor and lower tiles a if you werw to shower plz where thongs to avoid possible tinea infection.You would only be able to have a short hot shower after your days driving for fear of setting off the rooms fire alarm and if you do your up for the $1700 fire brigade call out as there is no extraction fan (that works anyway).This may be a four star rated facility but its classification is due to in supplied bits and pieces only i.e. kettle, fridge etc as this place is a overpriced well located dump, nothing more.We left and continued to drive home.Would not recommend.

I really liked the easy access into the building & room with codes. We couldn’t get there til about 2am so this made it seamless & convenient Parking was good Sheets were clean and super soft Bathroom was clean and great, shower was good TV with Netflix was great. Air conditioning was good. Microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery were appreciated Communications with the staff on the phone was good as well. Very responsive before check in and when asking to stay another night

The cleaner knocked on the door 5 mins before check out time and then opened the door without warning which was a surprise and breach of privacy

Plenty of parking, online checkin, clean room, plenty of food options 1 block away

No signage to entrance of Executive Hotel. It looked like a factory from the entrance.

Very clean and roomy, but bed not comfortable. Very easy to access building and room. Overall would recommend.

As mentioned bed not very comfortable.

Good room , spacious

No drinking water was available.couldn’t find exhaust fan switch in bathroom.

Quiet location, clean

No staff resident, had to make 4 phone calls to their helpline. Wrong door code and then TV didn’t work.

Car park was very dark need extra lighting The mats at the front door are a security issue as people were putting them at the door so the door didn’t lock

It was nice and quiet couldn’t hear a thing coming from outside inside it was sound proof from traffic and patrons we were down stairs the bed was comfortable it had crockery bowls and tablespoons to eat cereal had a vending machine for extra food close to a cafe and 7 eleven and the chemist and Mortels the Ugg boot shop with markets out the front plenty of carparks

It was a bit dangerous in one spot on the road to walk from the accommodation to 7 eleven wished that it had a safer and a shorter route walking to 7 eleven and Mortels the Ugg boot shop when the markets were on

Somewhere to stay

Air conditioner kept stopping every 45 minutes and had to be physically restarted each time (room 211) Bathroom sink faucet was loose.

Quite location

No staff to assist and when I rang for help for door code was told to enter my credit card again even though I already did.. I refused then i got the door code without needing my card number..
