Karuah Motor Inn

easy to find, lovely reception staff, our room was a little dated but still ok

Staff were amazing went to Room that was booked but there was an issue so they moved us to another Room

Outside Room Light couldn't turn off

Clean and comfortable room. Karuah is a very pretty, quiet and peaceful stopover point for us. only a 2 minute walk from a good RSL for meals etc.

No problems

Close to shops and dining. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, with excellent inclusions for the price. Great value at a very reasonably priced property.

A little tight getting out of shower due to bathroom door.

I didnt need breakfastgreat to be off the main road noise

would be good to have copy of the invoice from booking

Arrival greeting, cleanliness of room, value for money, advice on dinner

Clean, comfortable, close to Service club and Shops.

Vehicles should not be allowed to reverse park here. Exhaust fumes not pleasant with room door open. Flyscreen closed.

Quick check-in, comfortable beds, central location.

Limited space in bathroom.

Welcoming staff, clean room and very comfortable bed.

Probably the smallest bathroom we’ve had in a motel but that’s not a worry.

The motor inn was clean and comfortable. It's literally a 2 minute walk to the Karuah RSL clubAll up it was good value.

As Karuah is no longer on the main highway it was pleasantly quiet. The room was comfortable for our overnight stay.

No disability access.

Air conditioner worked wellPosition convenience Quiet

Small, kept knocking into everything No opening windowNoisy exhaust in bathroom No working outside lights or sensor lights, but understandable after a 4 or 5 day blackout from supercell hittingOutdated furnishings Old appliances - rusted inside kettle, extra small iron, hardly any padding on ironing board cover, tiny TV with bad sound & no instructions on how to use

Room is clean and bed is comfy

Early in the morning we woke up to a loud sound of motor(?). My partner said it may be the shower from the the next room.

Close to food outlets and club

Bathroom very pokey, and dated but worked okHad to request cutlery and plates and then only given one knife. Really only a one nightier though.

Firm comfy bed, great shower pressure!Staff accommodating and great location. Felt safe and secure.

Nothing to comment

The late night check in process was helpful and beds comfortable.

The bathroom was very small.

Proximity to RSL, room size.

Stained bed covering, bathroom size.

Very neat and tidy room. All amenities provided.

Bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows very hard but other than that was very clean.

Only good thing was it was halfway on our trip

Dirty - hair all through bathroom and bed, mould on ceiling and air conditioner, ripped carpet, no airflow, bad night sleep due to mould issue and not being able to cool the room
