Close to highway.

Unclean rooms, muddy carpets and dusty sofa. Unsafe surrounding, unfenced pond, unsafe for kids. No lighter available for lighting gas cook (even the reception did not have one). Two weeks later, I found that they charged $150 because TV and Oven missi

great kitchen facilities. rooms separated by doors, no noise from highway, nice and clean, communication was clear and concise with a room map provided with the key,

The air conditioner is located in the lounge area so it is hard to heat the bedroom when arriving late. The shower door could use a bit of attention as it does not close properly without an extra firm pull. Neither thing was a big problem though

We did an after hours check in and it was an easy process to collect the key from reception and return it in the drop box early the next morning.

Bathroom was quite old and the bed was uncomfortable.

We have stayed a number of times before, and have always been impressed with the cleanliness of rooms, the ease of booking etc. The location is perfect for us when we are travelling to Sydney for an overnight stay

maybe a dust pan in the cabins to help removing dirt after sweeping the floors.

Staff very friendly, separate bedroom so I could work while hubby slept. Good size fridge and kitchenette good. Hot Shower, Comfortable lounge. Good easy location.

Late arrival; Was hard to find the office and the unit without disturbing other people. Bigger better numbers and signs that are easy to read in the dark without having to go up to doors with a torch. The map was helpful but not that easy when you're tired and just want to go to sleep. Pets: I put in travelling with pets on booking.com It brought up this place as pet friendly. We didn't see the signs in the room till morning. We got there after midnight. Be careful because the rooms state a hefty cleaning fee if you bring your pets inside. That's not pet friendly. Please booking.com change the status of that so people don't get caught out. The signs could be more friendly. I understand the reasoning but tired and weary travellers don't want to book something to find out it's something else.

Super clean and very friendly staff. Nice facility and great to have a kitchen. The area surrounding the facility is very picturesque and we enjoyed the hiking.

It would be better if they had wifi and heating. One night it was pretty cold.

We were greeted by the friendly staff on arrival and provided with a map and key for our cabin. The cabin was very neat and spacious. Travelling with a small dog we needed pet friendly accommodation - this was perfect. There was a lot of open area around the park where we could easily walk our dog. The kitchen had all of the basic necessities. We brought some microwave meals with us for ease of cooking. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the cabin quickly.

Being close to the highway was very convenient, but we did hear the traffic noise which we are not used to.

The cabin looks quite new. Simple yet tasteful decor. Spotlessly clean. Handy location right on the highway. I did not hear any traffic noise.

Easy access and economical and clean

We arrived after dark and heavy rain and so had concentrated on getting there. All good. Then we began looking for evening meal and found nothing on Google closer than 9km.

Clean, good 2 bedrooms cabin for family, well equipped kitchen and very friendly staff. Only 10mins to Coles/woolworths at Medowie or IGA at Karuah as well as Kaurah RSL club with a nice bistro. Late check in available, they can do place key in key box for collection, very convenient.

Everything was good , except it doesn’t have hairdryer in the cabin

Good location and comfortable with family

It does not reflect exact bed so too big and expensive for 6 members of family

The accommodation was perfect - everything was new, kitchen was huge and had everything we needed, beds were soft, everything worked perfectly and was sparkling clean.

There is a cockatoo alone in a small cage near reception. I found that quite distressing. They are social birds and also need to be able to fly. The internet is also patchy.

Easy location for our purposes

Really good although they didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, kettle was plastic so made the water taste weird .

It was easy to book and pick up the keys when we traveled late

Not close to shopping, but we were traveling with our own food,

Maybe noise from highway but that’s usually something that happens in this industry but ok with that

Dog friendly property. Cabins were very basic but clean with AC. The 2 televisions had problems getting a signal. A staff person came and tried then somehow one turned on. Unfortunately, not real close to restaurants/shop but that was our oversight.

After booking through booking.com, we had confirmation within 5 minutes when we arrived at 7.30 to find our key and a map to our accommodation. When we got to it we'd found everything to be very neat and ti. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were second to none. My partner and I got great sleep as there was no freeway noise Which was surprising as we were very close to the Pacific Highway. In the morning, before leaving, one of the staff members greeted us before leaving overall a great stay.my partner has created a reel for Facebook she was very impressed.

The room, facilities & the staff were good. The room was very clean & there was plenty of parking

Nothing of any note

Felt very uneasy staying in this tourist park, lots of permanent residents with families living there, lots of kids roaming. Not a good place to stay.
