Great communication, easy to locate, close to food options, comfortable bed

Overnight stay on our way home, terrific accommodation, comfortable bed, very clean room, easy parking, short stroll to the shops and eateries - will stay here again

Very run down. No room service. Garbage not collected. Towels not changed. Needed a paint job. Very old.

Average overnight stay.

There is no sink for washing up breakfast dishes. We won't wash cups and plates in the hand basin where you clean your teeth. Five of the six motels we stayed at had no such sink. Most provided tea towels and dishwashing liquid.

Wonderful clean comfortable spacious room. The RSL Club (only two doors down) has a fantastic restaurant. The outstanding quality of the room belies the unimpressive outside appearance.

Would prefer a separate shampoo and shower soap dispenser.

This place is a little gem for those using the pacific highway, as it’s only a short drive away. The motel is quiet, small but cosy and spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. The owners/staff were outstanding too. Communication was excellent. I would definitely stay again

Had to be Poirot to find the bed reading lights hidden behind the massive bed head. Needs a small sign/sticker to point to them ?

Location just off the highway. Easy to access, clean and comfortable. Motel is fine. Karuah is a lovely town to stop off on the way through.

Have to park up against a fence difficult for disabled

The bed lights didn't work and the outside lights didn't either. The language from the next door house. Overpriced.

Convenient for the reason that we wanted to sray close to Newcastle

Shower fiftings were lose/broken

It was quiet and comfortable

No shower screen there was water everywhere and I nearly slipped so it was very slippery

Location was close to the club, cafe and swimming pool. Urunga not far away. Was a good stop over before next leg of trip.

A washing line attached to house would have been handy or a good sized clothes horse to hang washing on verandah and out of rain.

Beautiful quiet place.. very peaceful & not far from where we like to normally stay - at Tea Gardens & Hawks Nest

It was quiet, easy to get to and Damien was AMAZING!!!

When people slammed their doors it made our door open and the slammed doors echoed through the building.
