Excellent stop off point in a journey - clean and very quiet - staff were friendly - has been recently refurbished and everything was spotless and user friendly.

It was easy access via lockbox. The parking was undercover with plenty of room. The room was very neat and tidy and had a toaster plus small plates with knives and forks which is handy when you don't feel like going out for dinner and just want to grab takeaway. The bed was comfy enough just a little firm for our liking. The shower was good with good pressure. It was a quiet peaceful night's sleep and we will definitely stay again.

Good choice, very quiet, clean, and located short distance from the Pacific highway. Undercover parking.

A clean and spacious room with the facilities for making a drink and breakfast. Exactly what we wanted.

The beds were very comfortable, shower hot, very clean rooms, the grounds and gardens are fantastic. Close to amenities of the quiet area. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave oven & fridge in the rooms. Under cover parking was great especially as it was pouring rain when we arrived & had to unpack the car. Nice BBQ area in the garden. The owner is very friendly & checked on us regularly to enquire if everything was to our satisfaction.

The room was very nice and well furnished, very clean and with some appreciated extras like AC.

Could be a bit noisy, especially because of the fridge close to the bed. The bathroom fan was also very noisy.

Comfortable room with fresh and funky furnishings and friendly staff.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade to match the room (its exhaust fan was very noisy!) Privacy issues … unable to open blinds as the cars were all parked very close to the only window right on the walkway where everyone walked past.

Rooms were clean and tidy,beds comfy.everything else good.

One of the rooms had a strong smell like something damp

The shower head was leaky & the door to the bathroom didn't shut properly.

We were allocated a room through self check in. When we arrived there was a vehicle parked in our car space and no key in the key box.We rang the contact and he came down promptly and couldn’t raise anybody in the room but we could hear the television going.He then rang somebody who he’d obviously been speaking with earlier and it runs out they’d taken our room and that they’d booked into the wrong motel.We were told that we could stay in the other motel that they were supposed to be staying at.

There was total confusion when we arrived and found someone already staying in our room

Spacious, bright room, modern decor. Quiet location.

We did not see one staff member. We did not know if our room was going to be serviced during our stay as it was during a holiday period. This did not matter except we did not know if our breakfast dishes would be collected or not and had to wash them in the bathroom. Also everything in the room was noisy, the air conditioner, the exhaust fan and the noise from children running around and screaming in the next room. I think there needs to be some more sound insulation installed as it's not normal to hear every footstep from other rooms.

Great location - walkable to the town centre - IGA & RSL plus the jetty and river pool. Beds were really comfy. I liked that we could just check in using the lock box. Plenty of warm water for showers.

Would love a blackout blind on the window and there was a bit of noise from the water pipes and the door banging in the jam.
