Tamworth Budget Motel

Bad

Refund required. When I phoned to check out my booking I was told there was no record of my booking so I had to go elsewhere. The money for the 1 night booking has been taken out of my account for no service. What is the process to get a full refund please. Thanks Robyn Ware

Amazing service, manager is always so friendly and accommodating, very friendly staff very tidy rooms always clean

Very clean and tidy you get what you pay for

Bad

I had people try and break into my room, and I couldn't get in contact with the receptionist when needed.. I had to wait for police to arrive. I had no security chain on my door to help protect my pregnant partner and sister.

was clean and cheap

a bit dated and you could hear the other guests

Overall worth the money paid. Mostly quiet though the last night there were loud guests next door. The manager did exceptionally well to request they either leave or stay quiet. Nothing fancy but did the trick for a few nightsWould stay again

Beds were comfortable Staff were polite

Fridge wasn’t that coldShower head was to low Hand basen tap was bit hard to turn on splashed water everywhere

Good location

Didn’t get the room we booked. Was a bed short.

Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Good price. Great location. Would recommend.

cheap, get what you pay for, comfortable beds

small room, no cooking allowed

Great friendly staffLocation was perfectThe staff was able to cater for evey need without Hesitation and was very knoledgable with the area and were able to recomend places to vist to make our stay even more enjoyableWould highly recommend

Having a queen bed in with 2 single beds made the room feel a little crampedOnly provided 2 towels in the room with 3 people we had to request a 3rd towel

Friendly staff, great value, comfy bed, great location

Nothing, all good

Cleanliness, friendliness, value for money. An exceptional find. All units are ground floor. Showers come through hot and quickly. Room to move with separate tables and chairs inside and out. Lots of double power points.

We didn’t find this little gem years agi

This was an overnight budget stop. And was completely fine. Clean. Good location. No probs.

Beds were comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, location convenient and we loved the food at the Indian restaurant, which was walking distance.

I would have preferred a lightweight alternative to the 'comforter' on the bed which I found heavy to sleep under. We had a spring style bathroom plug that was stuck down from the beginning. On the upside the staffmember fixed it ASAP.

Basic room great for an overnight stay. Great for a family. Was able to check in early

There is no crockery in the room. Small sign that said can get from reception, but we didn't notice it until buying some.

Nothing fancy but it was clean, there was plenty of hot water and the location was good.

For the very affordable price, it wouldn’t be fair to be critical.

The room was very clean. The manager friendly. The location was great.

There was no table & chairs in the room. You had to sit on the bed to eat.

Comfortable clean beds. Very good budget price. Proprietors very helpful and friendly.

easy access to Tamworth.

Needs darker curtains. The room was quite light.

Passable

Rude noisy people in other rooms both sides. Water in shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold you couldn’t get the water to be just right
