Reception staff were amazing restaurant was amazing

No microwave in room and only had 1 extra blanket and there were 2 beds

Staff were lovely and rooms were very comfortable.

Just an observation rather than not liking it but the gardens could do with some cleaning up to make it look nicer

The restaurant to be honest is phenomenal. Who would think that this humble motel has a first-class chef cooking. Amazing . All the staff were super friendly and they knew just how to make the perfect cocktail

Some of the rooms are in need of an upgrade and a spruce up. But they are clean and comfortable

Giant cockroach climbing on the curtain, tried to get it but it was too quick. Don’t know where it ended up.The wheels on the beds were a little annoying as would come away from the wall then risk losing your pillow.

Luxurious rooms with quality fittings and inclusions, including a well-stocked minibar, and the delivered breakfast was a delight.The on-premises restaurant was good value for money.

Bed was comfy and warm. Hot water nice and hot. Room was quiet (when air conditioner was off).

WiFi was non-existent in the room - we had to go outside in the carpark to get any signal. Pillows were very hard.

Easy checkin. Initially wanted a copy of my credit card but only had an e-copy in my phone wallet so he didn't worry. Also a bottle fell out of the fridge and wet the carpet but that didn't bother them.

Unfortunately left toiletries bag in the bathroom drawer. Rang from Qld the same day and he said the cleaners would put it in lost property and he'd post it to the address I gave. I rang several times that week and left messages for that staff member but he didn't ring me back. A week later my son was able to go to the hotel, recover the item, and mail it to me. That staff member didn't provide good customer service.

The rooms were really noisy. I was initially put in one beside the main road and the trucks going past made it really difficult to sleep, even with ear plugs. I requested to move room and they were great at accommodating a change for me.There was

The room was shabby and had a bad odour! Very outdated, noisy pipes in the walls when someone turned taps on. Certainly no value for money . We had room service food was terrible , pasta was not cooked properly. We arrived at 6.00 pm no lighting could hardly find our room number in the dark.

The restaurant attached was the best asset. Very nice food but you did wait quite a bit.

The mattress in the room was very soft. I felt like I was going to roll out of it.

Shower pressure was good. Lady at time of check-out was bright and bubbly.

Lady at time of check-in probably shouldn't be in customer service. Room was quite sparse - some extra pictures on the wall would have helped. Shower rose didn't work properly in the 'normal' setting, so we had to opt for gushing. 'Garden' outside window was unkempt. Queen Bed was far too soft.

Restaurant.and food is very nice and excellent service .

The room was upgraded to a superior queen room through bookings and was given a standard room next to major road very noisy and charged the same price .

The staff were amazing, it’s pet friendly has a safe area that you can take your dogs for a run.

It was great maybe just a little noisy but I was on a corn room right next to the road I’m sure other rooms didn’t have that problem.

The bed sheets were clean and the location was alright.

In my room, the phone was not working, so I had to go to the reception to order the food. And as displayed in the amenities, my room didn't had hair dryer.

No plates and no microwave and no fork or eating spoon or knife .Old furniture .Bathroom floor drain cover opens and move.The outdoor door mat was dirty as well .Beds ,Pillow.,TVs ,Small fridge shampoo ,soap facilities were good .Coffee tea sugar was provided as well as milk for tea or coffee.After requesting staff they gave us plates ,for spoon and eating knife .Location was the best everything. nearer ,wollies ,also,colles as well park s .Roommwas big as well window also big but wish to see road from window but our room was sin back side did not like .Room was on the ground floor good ..Car was not number located so other people car was in front our room .Luckily next door front we parked our car so easy to move out bags luggage to the room after reaching their

Just little things that could have made the stay more comfortable; spider webs on the ceilings & corners, the shower sprays so wide and hard that the floor gets extremely wet, lamps weren’t plugged in.

Central location with onsite restaurant. Clean and comfortable well appointed room.
