Room was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay

Noisy pipes when people in other rooms had showers

Clean room for a fair rate that included a basic breakfast.

Comfortable + spacious room, accessible location. Great for one night.

Water system may need to be upgraded - shudders and makes loud noises when trying to turn on the tap or shower.

Paid for Breakfast but NO breakfast and they just said NO

Could not check in easy have to waited over hours and no apologies

Noisy young people outside our room till 3.30 am yelling and loud talking. Water hammer in taps, breakfast had hardly anything and the staff could even say good morning. Would not stay here again . pillows so thin and only got one each had to ask cleaner to change them.

Sound of pipes vibrating when anyone in complex had a shower. Very loud and started from 6am.

The room was nice. Clean, bed was comfortable. I didn't have much to do with the staff while I was there, but those I spoke to were friendly.

The room was just a little bit too small, and I didn't like not having a desk. But that's on me, I knew what I was getting myself into.

Clean room. Breakfast included.

Got a family room in place of Queen, so was a bit pushed for space. No table or chairs and had to eat dinner on the bed.

Disaster. I booked, paid and you confirmed my booking yet I had no reservation. The motel was fully booked as was all of Tamworth. Had to drive 65 klm to Nundle to get accommodation which I also had to pay for . I need a full refund as well as the same amount in compensation for the extra 130 klms travelled and the inconvenience.

Position

Extreme water hammer through the walls especially at night. Dodgy air conditioner in the middle of winter. Had to wait to access room after 2 pm. Staff filling breakfast water urn with a garden bucket. Under staffed. No staff on site at 5 pm on a Saturday arv for 30 minutes or so. Our two nights were hard to enjoy

Very comfortable and clean. Really good breakfast included in the price. Great location for events at AELEC.

Handy position for hospital stay

Very noisy. Constant water hammer from other rooms. Had to ask for face washer and breakfast arrangementsOnly a coat hook not a wardrobe

Bathrooms need a update, beds where rock hard & pillows not much better. The fridge had no freezer door & anything you put in the fridge froze solid.

The motel was convenient and quiet and the bed was firm which we liked.

The bed only had one pillow per person and the television is in such an awkward spot it is uncomfortable to watch. The TV is on the wall at the same end of the bed as the pillows, about 6 feet high. The aircon remote didn't work so I had to stand on the bed to reach the control panel and power switch.

Continental breakfast was very good. Quite area. Wifi was good

Rooms are extremely small. No space for shelves etc. Good for a single traveller but not couples.

Lots of choice for breakfast and open nice and early.

I didn't like the bed. It was too hard for my liking.

No hooks to hang bathroom towels on,no tissues ,fridge below knee height ,smokers hanging around the door ,rooms and car park spaces to small
