The Duck Inn Apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at The Duck InnOur experience at The Duck Inn was nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I found ourselves unexpectedly stranded, so I called ahead to ask about an early check-in. The manager didn’t just accommodate us — she went truly above and beyond. Not only did she arrange for us to check in early, but she also offered to pick us up herself as she was nearby. This level of kindness and customer care is rare these days. We were genuinely impressed and incredibly grateful. We’ll absolutely be returning — highly recommended!

Incredibly clean, well-appointed room, quality kitchenette and utensils.Quality TV, Fridge, cooktop, dishwasher - not Chinese knock-offs!More TV channels than I ever remember in a hotel

Hard-pressed to improve on near-perfection!

The space- the rural setting. No traffic sounds and all the ducks in the morning. The unit was so clean and the king size bed so comfy. Appreciated the nice tasting cold water in the fridge. Disappointed that we didn't get the time to have a good look around the Inn as we were only really there to sleep due to attending a wedding.

As seniors we deeply missed the human touch. No face to be seen anywhere. everything done by computer and one phone call when we didn't have our code to get into the room. No instructions given on the code. We learnt the hard way that you press the code numbers slowly otherwise the code doesn't respond. The paperwork we received on the room before we left home gave us a room number and a code that was incorrect when we tried the room, thus the phone call. New room, new code.

New, kitchen well equipped. Various types of pillows available. Free use of laundry. The hosts put a lot of effort into it. Thank you

Its nice ,clean and quiet .

The bed was super comfy. It was Quiet. The sunrise over the mountain is so pretty

Clean comfy warm quiet

Bed was extremely comfortable.Bathroom was spacious and water pressure and size of shower second to none.

nothing. All was great. Would stay there in the same room again next time in Tamworth

Great communication, well equipped and quite spacious. Good quiet location.

Simple check in process, parking was great as travelling with trailer. Cleaning staff very friendly

This my second visit to this beautiful location . My friend and I loved the personal service from the property manager and cleaning staff. The bed was wonderful after a long day on the road.

All good.

It was nice and quiet and clean. Everything worked.

The air conditioning unit wasn't in the best spot. A fan to circulate the air out of the kitchen might be nice but that's only being fussy.

Keyless entry made late check in a breeze, room was clean and a great size, bed was comfortable, kitchenette had everything needed for a short stay, bathroom was a good size with an amazing shower, set back from the road it was lovely and quiet. Definitely our go to whenever we stay in the area.

Courteous and efficient service. Easy after-hours entry via number pad. Close to airport. Generous shower.

Great location for speedway, good beds, and water pressure

Excellent location close to the airport. Nice quiet clean and secure with everything i needed. 24 hour entry via code. Surprisingly well equiped kitchenette.

Stayed at accommodation for close proximity to airport. Room equipped with everything needed. Very clean , comfortable and quiet. Easy payment and easy check in. Highly recommend. Thankyou

I have nothing but positive comments for this property

Becky is amazing. She made us feel welcome and was excellent at communicating with us. We really felt special!

Very clean and renovated apartment. Whilst located on the highway, it’s set back from the road and there was no noise from traffic. Tranquil location with added bonus of ducks. Checkin was very easy with code messaged to my phone.

By far the cleanest motel I have stayed. Every comfort was provided, even down to a choice of pillows. Extremely comfy bed, quality linen, exceptional daily servicing, thoughtfully stocked kitchen appliances and utensils, great cold fridge, amazing shower, easy keyless entry, privacy screens between each room with comfy outdoor table and chairs and lovely rural outlook. Exceptional.

What's not to like.
